PTY. No not spurious trades. london Stock exchange confirms trades and more besides. Of the "old school" I rely on the old traditional methods of market playing, it is an old habit of mine,but you guys beat me hands down with your knowledge and dexterity of the technology to hand. I envy you.

ARX. Judging by the late trade postings, it looks like the market has responded well to recent news and events. Buys Not top of the trading range, but a good omen for the future!

PTY Sorry to appear ungratious, but I prefer the old ways of market watching. I am not that web literate, but thanks for your research. I am sure others who are up to speed with the links you have provided will impart the general gist in due course. thanks again, but it is beyond my indulgence. But if you could tell me in laymans terms what they say, it would help me, thanks.

PTY. Thanks for that tim2006. I prefer Spearhead Limited, inc (at least I can spell it). Watching share movements and SARS announcements, always a good indication of factual events and sentiment.

PTY It is actually Spearhead Limited, inc. A totally different and unconnected Co to SPHE, has no connection with this developing situation.

PTY. Basically, it is a little fish, moving into a bigger fish, rather than a big fish taking over a spratt. Whichever happens the FSA under FSMA sticks its fingers in the pot. All buys are monitered and controlled, all announcements are regulated. All share buys/sells swcrutinized etc etc etc etc.

PTY. BANG ON.The Listing Rules set out what are the procedures when this situation arises and what is required from the PLC. The market has not yet woke up to this one, this will not be like PTC.

BIT. The gloss has gone now for this recent star. My opinion is that, if you are in profit sell, lock in those profits. If you have just bought, hold and swallow what comes your way, if you sell you will be able to come back in later, but I think the horse has bolted before the stable door was closed. retrive what you can. If you are thinking of buying, try Monday afternoon, all the pundits would have had their say, buyers would have got their fill and sellers will emerge, again, locking in profit. Does that make sense? you tell me!

PTY. I had made my postings without regard to PTC (i moved on from this and forgotten it totally). PTY is an interesting development that I wanted to share. I look forward to discussion and debate, I hope we make some money out of it. I am in, as they say. I know nothing about PTY, but I exploit market activity. All the best buddies with this one. I am not ramping, just delivering the "seeds".

PTY. Every case taken on its own merits. I see this as a stakebuilding by a none PLC. I did not relate this to PTC situation. This is a totally new "ball game" i think I know what the end game is. Shall we start another game chess? (inhouse strategy). PTC stalemate best left alone. PTY looks exciting!

DGM. Settled down nicely. Business will now take care of itself now. DGM Board have reined in the runaway horses. Business confidence has returned with good solid contract wins. Can I just nudge you guys towards PTY looks like early stages as a possible "reverse takeover" candidate.

PTY. UBS and Spearhed on the hunt. UBS owns up to 4.61% of ISC or 13.3M ISC More importantly Spearhed Ltd owns up to a further 6.97% after recent acquisitions taking its holdings to 21.18%

ARX. Buying Universal & OvoCorp LLC for £1.7M. raising £1.998M via placing of 33.5M shares, net proceeds funding WC. There is also an earn Out of £2.6M probably funded with placing in the future. RNS 150558 today. Chinese targets evaluated.

DGM. Hi Christian. You have bought on the way down. It would not take much to come back into that sort of range but 15p is way in the future. All the dross is out in the open and priced in. I have long lobbied the Board for an improved investor web page, they finally listened. Things are improving. In terms of MV to shareholder funds it is too matched. looks pretty tempting for a cheap way into the market for a non listed Co. DGM have only themselves to blame for having kept investors in the dark for too long it will take some time to convince and dampen the current shareholder anger. Board scalps will result in the fallout of the recent events. New Board members will replace old and perhaps lessons have been learned. It is surprising how quickly Companies quickly recover from the doldrums, let us hope DGM is one of them. I have learned over the years that no matter how out of favour a Company becomes it can soon become a Darling of the stock market. I hope so I have a vested interest.
