ACC. The price rise shoewn on this site, reflects the pre opening price as quoted by the london Stock Exchange (LSE), since the start of trading today the LSE pulled back from the .63p rise and has continued to quote a price of 5.63 quoting Bid 5.5p Offer 5.75p. Hope this is of help?

HHO. Hi jixon, I know we have exchanged views on this one. It looks like this one has run its terminal course. All that i can say is it was backed. Buyers were in at .86p before suspension. Those buys will now be put down to experience. My only wish is that you minimised your downside, kicked whatever you did, cursed blasphemed and generally that your poker hand was called. Will you continue with investments to fight another day. Do not get too disheartened just think what KM lost from his cash pile, he will be having a worse christmas than all of us put together. ACC. Directors released a trading update 2nd Dec. Results will be announced Feb 26th 2006. More interestingly, this is what the Directors posted. On track to deliver a year of excellent growth. Confident in meeting full year forecast. Pipeline of potential acquisitions bouyant. Penciling in another year of significant growth. With in excess of £600K in cash, compared to a market cap (MK) of £3.3M (53M issued share cap (ISC)), looks undervalued to me, one to put in your xmas stocking this year.

BGF. Do not be too surprised if this Company does not show some excitement today. After announcing its first gold pour. The Directors have promissed that this Co is no longer an explorer of the shiny stuff but is now a producer. Will these shares take off, in the immediate short term, but will fall back after initial excitement wains, good buying opportunities along the way.

PTY. Hi tim20006. Good footprint. Shows you the power of the private investor, I wish. Joking aside, was Spearhead the buyer?. I have not caught up with the released story yet. My Diary says that they were not allowed back into the market until tomorrow. Looks like I have lost a couple of days.

PXC. Trade volumes and consequent share price rise here is likened to pulling teeth, a long and painful experience.

PXC. I can see the enthusiasm in the postings. But as you say you are new to this. Can I suggest you read all the postings here, particularly those relating to the ISC. If you have already read all the footprints my mistake. 4M trades volumes here is as regular as night following day and vice versa.

INO. With losses increasing and loss/share widening. Once a reataurant/hospitality is in decline it is best avoided as an investment. It has sold its stake ( I could have wrote steak ) but that would have been an obvious pun, in ARX. It needs cash and it needs it quick if it is not to stop the decline. Positive outlook by the Board, but you almost always get that with results announcements, it is like prawns and cocktail.

PTC. Interpreting the RNS. It does not refer to loan note conversions. The RNS refers to 2M purchases.

SYM. Offering my usual advice as always. Those that bought in 6p-10p range, sell half of holding and run the rest. This way you are in for future appreciation at no cost and eveything here on is pure profit.

BLLM. Looks like these shares are in trouble? but not the troubled waters that appear to be heading their way by the looks of developing situation. There will be "Boardroom blood on the carpet"

PTY. Do not be too surprised if Spearhead increase their stake on Friday, the last time they announced a buying spree was 16th Dec.

BLL. You can start with the web pages of London Stock Exchange unders NEWS, this is a good place to start, you will need to register. As they are the route source of RNSs the LSE then distributes them. There are sites, which other footprinters use which list all released RNS on a daily/cumulative basis, but I prefer to home in on specific Cos. Good researching.

BIT. With Headstart Global exercising options. The Company has issued 1.445M shares at a price of 9.5p. What are the odds of these being sold in the market sooner rather than later. Sell for the moment, buy back on weakness.

BLL. Released today is an update of trade. Sounds interesting developments RNS 9515V for full spec. Worth a read!

DGM. As a result of JOHAM disposing of 600K stock, they now account for 41.235M or 10.86% of ISC. A small disposal I would suspect this has been transferred as a private transaction.

OMG. As part of the purchase of House of Moves LLC 965,927 shares have been issued at a price of 21.25p

PXC. Registered Office moved not Head Office, DOH!!! It makes all the legal difference.

PXC. Head office relocated to Stoke Mandeville. London stock exchange has had the share price all over the place today up, down down then up and now stands at .45p rise. fulham got a result this weekend, so black and white shirts emblazened with PIPEX all over the Sports pages. this may have helped profile if not sentiment.

AD. Did you know ADL stands for Active Dail Living. OK you did! Ah but did you know that IC rated these fair value when the price was 64.5p, you did!. Then the shares, based on that appraisal must now be rated a buy. Unless there has been further sentiment in the negative since then. My inclination is that all the costs relating to the recent investigation will hit the P&L for six in the short term. It may well take some time to regain goodwill. If the franchising idea comes out of mothballs and past Torbay planning refusals recovered it would be an attractive proposition. With occupancy of 80% with 90% pencilled in, still shaky but at least all complaints fully investigated and put to bed so to speak. Last resistance level now breached. Buyers in at 55p, looks like a candidate for a little TLC and support.
