HPE. If no one reports what is happening out there, how can we ever pick out the flakey from those that are about to turn or die in our arms. Only fellow footprinters can lead us or not into temptation. Someone has to stick their neck out and report on shares good bad or ugly, it makes no difference to me. Better to be informed than leave unloved out of favour stocks on the shelf, this I belive is good for debate!

HPE. flakey perhaps, but it would appear I am not alone judging by the number and volumes of trades, those trades are happening for a reason. Maybe if those buying would convey to us your reasons. Shares risen from the ashes recently, si I am inclined to go with sentiment here.

CYC. Observations added to my investment notes, grateful for the mucher greater insight than mine.

HPE. Increased losses due to suspension costs along with downbeat news regarding recurring costs of Seven Sisters Road (SSR) site et al other properties. Working with shareholders loans at the moment. Sale of part of SSR contracts exchanged. Lost dosh on sale of Kent property. SSR will use generated funds from sales to fund China landmark property, which should have a positive impact on next set of figures.

CYC. Dipping in of toes ahead of an announcement regarding CYc's investment strategy in china, one of the fstest growing economies around. The last news from this Co came in July with the announcement of Interims, so a trading statement update is due.

IDD. No newsflow on the market share inroads. But there were mutterings, but it was tabloid mutterings about the innovative credit card style gift voucher scheme, the news on the impact that this type of spend will seep out in the coming months. Apart from that a hold until more positive news arrives. A lot of issued shares depressing any share price appreciation. The shares could drift purely out of sentiment, there seems to be floor resistance at .9p, but is tentative, but with the stock market rising daily may just give the shares general support but only that. Holding for the moment.

ARX. The RNS caught me out, it is USD and not £. But as you rightly say good positive news going into the new year. What I find disturbing is that ARX has won some good business recently and the forward EPS has remained the same. My thoughts are that these latest deals are for little bottom line profit, as sweetners for bigger fish. The market in this type of air container is allegedly very competetive. ARX want to move into security shuttering etc market place, I am watching the news flow with interest. The recent funding and buys look to have settled in.

EUG. Correction and to clarify, for 3/4% read 3/4 of 1%, but you guessed that already/

EUG. Director P L Gunzburg ups stake to 1.815M indirectly through Bricklanding Super Fund (sounds like a pension fund). This is the second recent announcement by this Co, the last one was 22nd Dec. With Just under 250M Issued Share Capital (ISC) tese holdings represent just under 3/4%

BLL. This specialist IMAX cinema building company. Wins contract to build a 300 seat large format cinema in California, with 4M tourists, this looks a good proposition. Watch out for the large MK in BLL it could stifle share price appreciation.

ARX. Wins £1.4M contract to supply Unitpool AG/Swiss International Air Lines/Air Transit & World Airways, supplying air freight containers

ECK. It is a comfort to me to know that when I posted my footprint back in August, I was in such good company, I only wish that my comments would have been supported then rather than leaving it until December mr 9th December.

DGM. I was operating my notepad whilst in between "pistes". I will not be back in full swing until january. But looking after my investments and reporting same all the same. Good postings that I have read all the same.

DGM. A general observation I was making not specifically targetted at anyone. This Company is poised to recover big time, but I am reluctent to chase the price as I am in hoping to break even. I just think that sometimes the www offers up too much distraction, maybe that is because I am of the olde school, I rely heavilly on market trades rather than historic news, the main reason being, is that, as efficient market theorists will bang on about, all news is in the price and all news is available to us all as equals but some tradres are more equal than others and are ahead of the game. That is why I play the market and see the "writing on the wall" so to speak.

DGM. Hi Websurfers!. I realise that there is a massive amount of info out there drawing us all in like a moth to a flame. But can I ask all you surfers, are you benefiting financialy from the flood of information. It seems to me, the order of the day is pinpointing verbiage, but neglecting fundamental investment strategy using tried and tested investment criteria. I follow your "links" but they are always historic and redundent by the tme you trade. I rely exclusively on the London Stock Exchange and my contacts "in the city", and watching the share trades in companies. There are gains to be made, providing you are ahead of the game, not following suit.

PTY. Negative price reversed. Now that this mornings weakness has returned to neutral, this signifies buyers returning. with buying strength, it might be a good signal to follow suit. Remember, there is a possible suitor lurking.

PXC. Silly bugger that I am. The break price is 11.5p not 13.5p freudian slip ( my advance insight run away with me).
