ITW. The Directors have issued news to the effect that a Divi will be made amounting to 80% of earnings, payment skewed to the second half year. Interims to 31st Jan will be announced 8th March and promise to be good.

VDS. Ignition take off. Ignition Capital run by the entrepreneur who sold his previous business to IBM. has acquired a 6.5% stake.

WHG. With three substantial holdings announced 5th and 7th Dec last year and an upbeat trading statement which includes a promisse of a small interim profit and a possible maiden divi, along with planning permission for 20 retirement house south of Croydon, this stock although tiny could become a very intersting property play.

ALP. SG taking advantage of weak sp coughs up to 8.3% of ISC I bet it has not taken this stake for the love of it. ALP has a stream of future offerings participation which will inflate commissions earned leading to a nice bit of profitability.

OAH. With the prestige that the biggest leisure/business complex in Europe will bring to this tiny outfit, not only will it be rubbing shoulders with the powerful and mighty movers and shakers, it will provide a base from which the sp will rise with each positive news release. Only in the starting blocks right now, but we will read a flurry of updates regarding resident uptakes already we have Sony E on et al and Skanska the designated Construction contractor, do not be too surprised it we hear announcements of major subs coming on board and arounds of fundraising by way of placings which will be eagerly snapped up by hungry institutions wanting a slice of the prstigous action. OAH's profile will be elevated by this coup. A longer term investment here but will be worth the wait.

OAH. The YES contract is a major coup for this Consultancy tiddler. tying up with Skanska will deliver up masses of interest. The CV for Skanska is very impressive. OAH's profile will be greatly enhanced once word gets around about this innovative project. No resistance from objectors, project will create thousands of jobs and bring in £Mns worth of investment. One not to let go by at these levels.

OKD. In addition to the OKD share news. Nigel Wray as announced on 12th Jan has an interest of 16.31% of ISC or 5.63Mns shares, on 23rd Jan Friends Prov has an interest of circa 3.68Mns or 11.2%. It is my belief that OKD represents a sound investment in a weak property sector with overcapacity, but this Co is carving out a niche position with its own land bank and current developments as well as its recent purchase. This Co has been rumoured to be on one or two hitlists as a takeover candidate.

MMS. This is an excellent find by debbie. For the edification of fellow footprinters, this Co has an excellent Investor link on its website, where we can read a raft of research and financial notes. But the highlites I spotted was that out of 53Mns ISC Consolidated Global Mining owns 25.4% Rab 18.7% Wills & Co 13.9% and Board 2.1%, and as debiie directs us a key chesses on the Board has a Rio Tinto connection. Worth investigating this tiddler. There is plenty more to chew over when reading this Cos cv.

MSR. With a late report that Merrill Lynch has uppded its stake here to over 6% looks like this share is about to surprise us. With a long range forcast based on fundamentals and Directors' prospects looking towards 33p projected sp medium to long term.

OAH. It was announced today that the BT collaberation on the £350Mns YES project has been given conditional planning approval, contingent on certain matters being finalised, reading the spec, these should be a formality, so work should commence without delay. Partners will be required and a fresh bout of fundraising will also follow, but the profits of the devcelopment and the prestige should outweigh the eps dilution.

OAH. With conditional planning permission approved. This tiddler may find it hard to go it alone on its current venture, so either a business JV in the offing or fresh funds perhaps raised via an institutional placing, either way all sounds like this Co is on good footings.

MMS. The Maghgreb region of North Africa covers the tri-partite regions of Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. Traditionally each severally and indistinquishable in terms of natural resources, all can deliver up potential natural resources. and all are heavilly invested in.

But you might like to sift through the lower end market cap in theProperty sector, where the major listed Cos have form REIT status, the lower end will probably, if they do not, there is a like;y chance some will, follow suit, OKD sticks out for me.

MMS. A very useful allowance cgt relief take it while you can.

ETL. Wioth all opposition now swept to one side, Oaktree et al surrendering their positions in the face of Court sanctioning the deal, secretly, their Lawyers really did not stand a chance once the Court sanctioned the deal, it is such a pity they did not accept defeat gracefully earlier, and the Frenchmens strike action clobbered. ETL will now move forward much leaner and fitter and prepared to take on the opposition, it is now down to the Directors to get stuck in and deliver returns for our continued support and faith.
