PEN. Like me you have now spotted the writings. With an aggressive share buy back, it will not be long before these shares perform a strong upswing. With large contract wins and a strong board in charge, members will be treated to an exciting, lucrative and profitable future.

ETL. Oh dear, Oaktree are well and truly kissed off and rattled about something. Why cannot they just accept that they will lose the war and get on with allowing the rescue package to succeed, all the while Oaktree maintain their position a line cannot be drawn under the re-financing package. I hope that investors in Oaktree punish then so hard that they will not be able to scupper other survival lifelines of which they are involved.

OMG. chan your footprint could not have been better timed. judging by the stock buys recently and today, looks like Company efforts are beginning to pay off for loyal stock holders. More rises to come on fundamentals.

IDOX. As previously footprinted. IDOX will divi up .05p/ordinary, subject to member approval at AGM around 22nd Feb. Divi is scheduled to be paid on or about 23rd March to members rholdings registered by Friday 23rd Feb, confirmed dates to be announced. This share should rally between now and then as the divi rpresents a reasonable return.

ALP. Good morning chan. Just for others benefit. Footprint 11th March 06 was inaccurate in every detail. The share price rose to its highest on 11th August, several days after my footprint, the sp rallied from 20s to 40s in a matter of days, it is my belief that substantial profits can be made exploiting the volatility of the stocks's sp, which I am one to quickly exploit. The other comments in the March 06 footprints are best left in the mind of the author.

ALP. Joining up with Redmayne Bentley in an IPO Discretionary joint venture. A lucrative partnership in the making. ALP is involved in some pretty good future offerings. This share price fall appears to be overdone and sticking my kneck out to suggest last August's rise can be repeated soon.

BRP. Investing £400K in a Portuguese prestiguous Lisbon development and will secure a 30% profit share development, apartments being sold off plan, so BRP will soon be able to report likely income and profits from this investment. Building a secure and good footing in the Portugal. A very sound investment by the looks of things.

HML. This stock has seen some recent buying, the sp has ticked up then fallen back again. Today the price rose and then rose further later session. This stock has the potential, based on recent Co announcements to stage a rally.

ETL. The final hurdle can be jumped at a meeting scheduled for 14th December next week, with secured bondholders poised to accept the £6.2Bns debt restructering plan agreed by senior creditors last week, reducing current debts to £3.3Bns. Bonds of £1 1/4 bns will be placed with an International pool of financiers, which can be converted into shares within three years with a contingent ETL buy back of up to 61.7% ETL funds permitting.

PXC. Dell computers are installing Wimax cards into their new Dell offerings. PXC are well placed to become a globally recognised provider.

EPO. Is one of those dark horse companies. In a niche market, not much profile, small ISC, Directors buying up stock, unloved and overlooked, but that is where the rub is, a potential cocktail for good returns. Got caught out in gaming fallout as it processes small on line payments here there and everywhere. But for this Co the buy timing could not be better.

GTL. With such a small ISC now, any buying pressure will have a marked effect on the share price. With only a few producres out there GTL is well placed to achieve an appreciable market share. I remain a buy stance of this stock.

GTL. When the new £1 shares start trading on 1st December, the price will be around £2 this will put it beyond my "penny stock" radar. There will be no more footprints from me "hoorah is the universal cry" on this stock, but I will be trading what I have already, based on my research. So best of luck with this stock, I am pretty certain it has a very good future ahead of it.

IDN. An offer has been tabled at 2.95p/share valuing IDN at some £11mns. My belief is that this offer can be improved upon, but will any one else be interested, I think there might be because this small co is well placed to exploit its niche marketplace.

ECK. With a self purchase proogramme going on in the, this Co will enhance EPS as a result, this should lead to a sp price appreciation even though the number of shares being bought back is small in comparison to ISC.

PGB. Results released are for third 1/4 not interims as last footprint suggested, backlog of orders are expected to filter through making 2006 figures in line with expectations, but 2007 will start stronger.

PGB. An excellent set of interims delivered up. With profits upturn from losses last time. And new contracts boosting output, this is a sure fired result, still plenty of more to come by the looks of things, all the right boxes are being ticked even delivers an EPS of 3+p

PLN. No more public listing for this Co. Ta Ta for now. Pocket the money and spread your wings for the next done deal, there are a few out there that I am following. See you there !
