STP. New offering has been distributed between private equity oiutfits. When these shares start trading in December, the sp will probably take a small hit, but if the vibes I am getting prove right, the sp will quickly recover and advance forward. This Company is pressing the right buttons by the sound of things. Let the news sink in and buy in on any weakness for longer term growth prospects.

CS. Further to earlier footprint. Bid has improved to £5.021/share, on the current news front I believe this to be as good as it will get until the CSN Trustee issues are confirmed.

CS. CSN may table an all cash offer of £4.75/ordinary share. Could a higher offer come in ? some pundits suggest there is still some mileage left in the price, my belief is that £4.75 is a fair valued offer, so £4.85/£4.90p/share would clinch it, with possible suitors now exposed, I am left wondering who could offer more. On 150 shares £4.90 current ask price is as good a price as any right now.

STP. A Contract which will ring up the changes here. 118 918 is the Oxfam directory enquiry service, a national advertising campaign to be rolled out and all calls to 118 918 will attract a 9p donation to the Oxfam charity.

PLY. The quoted spread here is well off the mark. Stock can be traded at .58. With some promisse of a future deal enhancing this Cos profile, it is worth a punt at these levels.

ETL. Oaktree have decided to boycot the meeting, which would have agreed a rescue deal, diddums, did the big guys declare Oaktree not a Bank. Oaktree were quick enough to stump up investors dosh when they thought there was a buck or two to be earned, but now, when they have been outmanouvered they throw a tantrum. Thankfully they do not hold the key to future plans of survival, and I hope those investors in Oaktree realise Oaktree will scupper any chance of a "done deal" materialising withdraw their funds, Bye Bye Oaktree.

RET. Current financial year, according to the Company, has got of to a promissing start. Following the reverse T/o of retec Interface in October. The christmas run up period has seen Media sales accelerating, as the business has been transformed, significant value to customers and members is forward looking.the sainsbury deal accounts for 100 Entertainment Xtra locations.Acquisations are still on the agenda. One for the media portfolio.

BMG. A positive production report has just been announced. Directors are suggesting the 702 carat excavated so far is a good indication of future returns. A tiddler of a diamond explorer but has uncovered nice gems.

VTH. I am out here, but in the cold and dark with this, is outside my normal research area, but I will dig around and if I come across something I will footprint findings.

ALP. Is participating in the Retail end of one IPO and one VCT. Acting as retail execution only solution to Brokers and Issuers will participate in the launching of Signet Global Fixed Income Strategies an IPO and the launch of VCT Foresight 2 VCT plc.These two offerings will boost income levels.

BTR. History will be repeated here. Excellent numbers released suggesting plenty of share price undervalue. Those that followed me in locking in 100% profit before price tumbled to current levels may well be inclined to buy back in for a Blue future.

PLY. The Corporate moves here are clearly a step in the right direction. The Board will be stronger as a result of the new appointments, the war chest has been boosted by the secondary offering, one would believe the board that the funds will be used for acquisitions. So far so good, maybe a splendid candidate for a fantastic future.

CS. Having seen my investment mushroom ten fold since Aug 2005, I have let go of the remaining stock. It is my belief that the share price is far too high for now, any bidding fallout will hit the shares for six. True asset value has long since been surpassed presenting a massive bid premium already.

ECK. With a war chest of some £24mns, £13mns of which came from the sale of Symphony. This tiny speech recognition software developer and advertiser services, connection makers, provider, looks ready to dive in feet first for a corporate purchase which will add synergies and enhanced share price appreciation. The cash pile looks very attractive to a possible suitor. A very tasty situation here. More upside to come.

DGM.Nothing has been happening here, we still are left in limbo of any possible deal materialising. Industry seems to think this kind of advertising is the order of the day, but dgm appear not to be able to cash in on the net advertising boom despite being in the forfront. At least the Co is still live and kicking.

GTL. jgn71. The consolidation will force this Co onto analysts radar screens which would otherwise have ignored it, it will make small incremental share price rises less impactive on market cap, the EPS will be readjusted, it will make the shares "more" attractive to institutions and quite possibly make current shareholders very wealthy. I would imagine further secondary offerings planned. Everything else should be Ceturis Paribus.

CFL. Next target price will be 40p on prospects, but for now, as suggested stopped out at 22p. price will settle soon presenting the next target price upswing to the next resistance point, my estimate is 40p range.

ALP. New Pre IPO and VCT opportunities; Diamonds Sui Generis offering the opportunity to develop alluvial diamond mining operation in a phased approach with cash generative ops starting within 6 months. IBIS Media CVT 1plc an official listed venture capital trust, raised 5.7mns in june 06. plans to invest in the smaller end of the media sector where growth potential is greatest. British Country Inss 2 plc another Venture Capital trust. Plans, dependendent on maximum subscription, to grow a portfolio in the region of 8-10 pubs by acquiring suitable existing freehold and long leasehold units.

CSR. I did try to warn over zealous pundits here, that this was an accident waiting to happen. sell short term, but buy back when new rival thechnology flounders.

BLLM. Now that desmond has had his fingured burned here and lost bundles on his investment. Being locked in it is only a matter of time before itchy and scratchy get restless and decide to leg it, leaving behind a lot of false promise and hope,. This Co has suffered too long from enderachievement, now is the time for investments to be properly exploited.
