CPNR. With Mr Smith taking control, indirectly, of a further 430K shares by Burnal PTY's takings its stake in the ISC to over 14%, this stock looks as though it could be a reverse takeover target.

TGM. if you are still following this. Aircrews Business has been sold of fo a consideration amounting to some £1.1Mns cash. It looks as if TGM could be turning itself into a cash shell with a possible future secondary offering a change of Adviser ( usually goes hand in hand with a change like this) and a possible change of direction with an rto thrown in for good measure.

CS. It is surprising that a further battle for control will break out here. The current stock price is already showing fair value, if not a tad overvalued, but with possible on-going health and safety issues, CS having just been clobbered with a major court cost suit, I think the deadline set for later this month will draw a line under the control battle, I cannot help think though that some big wigs will be due for burned fingures having paid too much for CS.

EPO. With new funds in place, as predicted, EPO will now reap the benefit of a stronger balance sheet and will probably go on a spending blitz, mopping up bombed out cash clearing Cos et al caught in the USA protectionist gambling legislation.

OKD. Has weakened a little from todays highs, but any further weakness would present a good platform from which to spend those locked in profits. The Balance sheet here is very liquid and P&L indicates healthy future. With a valuation less than peer competitors in this sector, my belief is that OKD represents an excellent opportunity to make further gains in the future.

OKD. Lock in some of those profits. OKD has a value which is less than its sector peers. OKD with a large land and stock bank should perform well this year. A very attractive housebuilder this one.

RDS. 2007 Typo my punts, just to clarify, I have not been asleep for a year, 2007 is the year not 2006 but you probably guessed that, it has been a very prosperous year and I hope, with your help a lucrative 2007.

RDS. My punts for 2006 are Oakdene Properties (OKD) and as a long shot Ethanol Investments (ENT).

RDS. A far cry from this time last year. Everyone going out of 2005 into 2006 on a note of anomie. it looks like those on SEO have a lot of unfinished business to conclude. for me it it reminiscent of days gone by but not put behind us. EOL. If there was ever a situation, in which shareholders past present and future to be treated to a gift on a plate, this is one such situation. With bundles of cash already in the coffers and more to swell the lucky bag with PRTY cherry picking, this is the time. With oodles of cash burning a hole already with more to follow, shareholders are in for a spectacular roller coaster ride.

NET. When a CEO takes up 100k ISC you start to wonder to yourself if you should follow lead. But then you doubt the wisdom because of pre conceived perceptions. But this tiny play has all the hallmarks for delivering up good share price. A recent steady rise then a sideways shift then a little uptick. Follow the CES's lead for a brighter future.

EOL. With PRTY admitting it is in advanced discussions this stock is now in the frame for a tug of war, having been slaqughtered in the recent shake down, there are plenty of valuable assets here to be fought over and bought out.

MED. With the appointment of key staff and chairman upping interest in the Co, the recent fund raisings looks on paper to be used wisely. From a low of 25p which looks like bottom end resistance, this stock appears to be out of the woods. A long term strategy appears to be developing

STEP. With the selling off of trading divisions, this stock will transform into a cash shell and is one in the making. a possible target for a reverse takeover.

TAD. Has been forced to lay off staff and redundances due. lost a major contract. Board will have to work hard to restore confidence.

FGO. 40p/share take out was bang on the money. until a white knight shows a hand, maybe Carpetright et al, hold and await documents. There is a massive pre bid bid premium in the price, i think for now that is all the money and represents fair value.

ADA. I hoped you stroked the hot iron. No turning back now, good profits to those who were in early, for others there may well be a second chance in a while.

ETL Ta Ta oaktree you have played your ace and lost. Good riddance. Tonights vote will move this Co forward. I know we, private investors will end up with 13%, but that is better than narff all.

SOLA. To sell now is a big mistake. These shares have still some way to go. SOLA has placed itself in a very fine position. Some analysts are talking of three times current valuation. Do not be too hasty in offloading your holding. That is my ignorant oppinion.

OMG. Confession. Sold some holdings at 49p but running remainder. I can be a woossy coward at times, but my sentiments in this stock remain the same.
