BRV. This was suggested a buy to me a long time previous. I chose to ignore that advice. Now that PXC is "in the frame", it is absolutley a "blink" that BRV is being groomed, so should BRV be a target. The likes of BT could prove a very valuable and profitable owner.

PXC. Has been in "bid talks" for two years now, since then it has had a bitter experience in the deals it has done. The whole thrust of PXC depends on WiMax (now long since forgotten). For all PXC is worth, the "bid" is in the price and has been for a long time.

MMS.Taken from presentation recently.Has approx £837,990 at Dec end 2006. No Debt. 50.7Mns ISC. *.5Mns options at 20p expiry Dec 07. 11.175Mns options at 12p expiry Aug 08. 3.8Mns Employee options circa 17p. Market cap £4.69Mns. In terms of potential there is a vast discrepancy between market cap and marketable rights.

ENK. debbie found this one and it has not disappointed. Now with 133845 20p options being extended by Finance Director, now theres a buy signal if there ever was one.

TNO. With this Co delivering excellent figures. 171% increase in first half pre tax, turnover £74Mns up over 40%. Pre tax £5.1Mns up from £1.9Mns. This Co has got much to offer.

IDOX. With ISIS Equity Partnership LLP snapping up 6.83% or 13.34Mns isc. I sees this share rising nicely after ex divi period.

CYH. Announced yesterday. Barclays has an indirect holding of 1.33Mns or 6.06% isc. Peter Lobbenberg holds 3.188% or 700K isc indirectly. I think this tine telematics Co may just be about to become a popular stock.

MMS. With prospects in politically stable Tunisia and Algeria. both having historically excellent mining areas with potential huge undiscovered and underdeveloped deposits. MMS with its expertise and well connected and experienced management see an opportunity to exploit this underexplored by modern techniques area. It is alleged the region for which MMS has a 90% interest which equates to over £3/4Billions, albeit none JORC assay standard testing.

XPG. No way. With Singer & Friedlander owning up to 8.6% of isc or 460K shares this vct along with Lynx is building up for a takeover.

RDS. PropertyInvest, Smiler23, SueHelen et al all give the game away with multiple click footprints.

PUG. Following on from the results, looks like a shareholding ownership shift, large volumes traded yesterday. This Co represents a very attractive target.

SYM. The extra issued shares will cause a dip in sp, this has been the experience of many reactions to new shares hitting the market, but there is usually a small uptick in the run up to the issue. When the new shares have been absorbed by the wider market, the funds generated should be used to enhance share price, that is the theory. The future will unfold as to how the fresh funding will impact on Co performance and thus influence impact on sp. So far the Co is in a strong position, and there is every reason to suspect the sp will rally from here on in.

PTY. Preliminaries results for full year ended 31.12.06 will be announced Wed 14th March. There will also be an analysts presentation at Number One London Bridge SE1 9BG. 9.30am.

SYM. Brewin Dolphin ups the stakes here by announcing today a change in ownership of isc percentage.

ECK. With more shares being issued to provide working capital. This Co's efforts at damage limitation in losing high profile accounts is not good. These shares are going to be savaged.

CEN. This Co is ripe for taking out. Figures suggest a potential bid target, Barclays holdings announcement suggest a bid target.

PTY BlackRok INC confirms a holding of 8.96% or 3.4Mns isc. This will undoubtedly be improved upon and form a tug of control war.

PUG. Numbers out although not spetacular, impressed the market Adjusted EPS 10.5p but normality of 0.6p prevails. Gross margins slightly ahead. A worl leader in its field. Buy for long term atability and sector number 1 story.

BILL. Daily Mail today 2nd March ran an 8 liner to suggest that the figures due out soon will be good and may prompt a bid. the rag suggests that at least two parties are sniffing around this stock. The bid premium is probably in the price already.
