TNO. My previous footprint. Having declared a buy opinion, there is nothing wrong in locking in substantial profits which is what I have done today. Not only do I need to churn the funds there is a very nice OKD proprty on offer and I have shown interest in !!!!!

TNO. The current share transactions are all part and parcel of what was developing back in Jan 2006. Nothing perterbs me about the sales. This Co is MBO material.

CLIO. Chinese investor to acquire 70% project stake but is conditional on proving 300million tonne respource. Got to be good for CLIO sp.

AUG. Bang on cue! Henderson's have an interest in 3.4Million shares representing just over 5% isc, as announced just after lunch today. I love the mucky shares, they smell of money.

PBTY. With Tim Jones buying just over twelve thousand shares at 41p, taking his interest to nearly forty and a half thousand shares, I think there are initial signs that the building blocks are being put up.

MSR. Thanks mozy for footprint. My only regret here is that I did not footprint 6 days earlier back in Dec 05. This Co looks, as you say, one to watch, locked in some profit since 2005 but prepared to take advice and run remainder. 26-27 within reach and more I agree.

XPG. It may seem incongruous to advise buying then advocate selling half of holding. But by doing that locks in original cost, everything from here on in is pure profit, yes I know the risk is losing more profit on the stock sold, but you never get rich by holding profitable stock it has to "churned".

OKD. With news out of the billion £ tie up of property giants. This sector will see further consolidation. OKD is in a very fine niche position, it is at the top end of the housing market. Very nice prestigous properties being developed, and remember it pinched one of my other investee Cos from under me just when I was in full flow and delivering up good profits. OKD Has plenty of land bank in reserve.

PXC. Rackspace commenced legal proceedings to protect its confidential information with the result that Dominic Monkhouse has given undertakings to the Court not to use or disclose any such information pending the trial of this action. The proceedings are continuing. Proceedings against PXC have been settled. A source direct from Rackspace.

TAD. The cancelled geospatial contract with OS was the cause of the recent collapse, but now a new contract is being negotiated with os, I admit this is good news and will probably stave off a fresh round of fundraising, but I am reluctant to suggest some major upswing in sp immediately but agree in the assessment of longer term assessment but it will be stronger for sure near medium term.

TAD. On top of the pile of money. This dialogue should be more at home on RDS. TAD has a potentially lucrative future based on recent newsflow and potential as a buyout candidate, it is questionably undervalued.

TAD. I hope I do not croak before I get a kiss from you but I weill be as charming in my footprints as possible to be on the safe side. TAD will jump soon.

AUG. Like TEG AUG will benefit from the hike in tax on lanfill up from £3 to £8 a tonne next year. AUG is building its waste treatment business but for now is quite happy with the tax hike prospects as it operates hazardous lanfill which there is no getting around.

TAD. Those licencing deals with Microsoft and Citrix will generate vital cash, and have silenced the long running litigation.No harm in taking profits but buy on sustained weakness. Second half may see some fundraising, but volatility presents sp profit making.

RLE. With a property portfolio valued at some £28millions and the part rented £5.3mns Midlands property which could if fully let rake in £400K. An anticipated portfolio of £130Mns within a year and a half is the aim. A dynamic team with high ambitions should be followed with interest.

LNG. OMG CSL IYSS. LNG has very perceptive footprinters on board, this stock is relatively undervalued compared to its peers and has the potential to recover every penny sp lost as it never had any dealings with the USofA and for that the "City" by tarnishing it so will provide us privates great buying opportunity. onlooker was far too accurate for comfort better watch out there are Mr angries about, and rightly so, onlooker may have pricked a few nerves.

ADW. Morning, yes it has been a long haul, but I think patience will pay off bar a sceptical stock market and past banana skins cleared away, it is clear 2007 should be very positive.

ETL. 4th April is kick off for the new guised ETL. With all the is dotted and Ts crossed, this Co has a new lease of life, Accounts can now be filed and trading started in new Co early April. Patience pays off.

ADW. "2006 was a great year for ADW signalled by a move into profit and increased unrealised gains on investments" a Co source has said. Reading the latest released nimbers, it is not hard to agree.
