Page 14 doesnt paint a very good picture for H1 of this year. A loss of over $1m not including the Atlas payments due to the cost of the new equipment. Worrying how Atlas isn't mentioned anywhere in this RNS.

Nice to see yet another mining plan I guess. The only problem is that no one believes this BoD anymore.

I expect an RNS sometime soon to raise for another Atlas payment. Hope I'm wrong.

Tiger, do you think that Vast are paying off the interest each month through their operational profit? Been two months now since we had a conversion. I can't see any reason they would have to RNS if they are but on the flip side, it is unlike this BoD to miss out on a chance to pump it up abit.

Today's RNS was a complete waste of time. Why RNS this kind of update but keep sales details away from us? Terrible BoD.

Like I said yesterday, along come the BoD to kill off any momentum with one pointless RNS. There is literally no useful info in the RNS. It's almost as if they are trying to keep the SP down. Useless BoD as usual.

We are all waiting to see how AP will ruin it for everyone this time around. The master of destroying shareholder value.

Well VAST can't place (SP below nominal value 0.1p) so they either pay in cash or Atlas come for assets. Not too sure if VAST have to declare they have paid in cash or not? Guess if they pay them in cash there is no need for an RNS?

Never ever thought I'd see the day that fu@@ing PREM of all shares would have a bigger MC than VAST.

On the plus side at least AP's 1.5bn shares he got at .17 for his slice of the 20% of BP are now worth almost 50% less.

And you believe them? How many times have we been lied to before? Never believe anything this BoD say whether it be in a podcast, interview or even RNS. They have a proven track record of lying to investors over and over again.

It's pretty impressive how they have F'd this up so badly. SP at all time lows. Below 0.1. Heading below .09 It has never been this low before.

Luckily the BoD don't have the required 75% of shares they need to do this.

He must be over the moon with the SP at an all time low.

It has never ever been this low. Ever.

Because we've been here for years and are fed up of all the lies and broken promises. It's not right what this BoD have been doing / getting away with. They have 0 interest in creating value for shareholders and we are trying to warn / inform others. Look at other respected LTH's in this POS who have now sold up and moved on. Red flags all over the place. I have no ulterior motive. I'd love for this to rocket up to the giddy highs of 0.5 a share again but it's not happening.

Vast tweeted on 22nd Jan - #VAST confirms that production and sales of concentrate from Baita Plai continue in line with expectations and remains confident that BP will become one of the lowest cost per ton #copper producers globally #VAST

Yet in the RNS dated 26th Feb - The production of concentrate at Baita Plai for Q4 2020* and anticipated for the rest of Q1 2021 is considerably lower than the targets set out in the previous plan. This shortfall is due principally to the lack of equipment reliability and supply chain and labour issues in part due to the COVID restrictions.

So the tweet was a downright lie.

Vast Tweeted on 1st Feb - Silver prices have leapt to a five-month high today rising by more than 10% to $29.74 an ounce. This bodes well for #VAST with #silver and #gold accounting for 30% of revenues at our Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine #BuildingBaita

They have no income from gold or silver yet. They have no way of processing it. More rampy rubbish. The zinc and lead have yet to be processed either and are just sat there (from the RNS on 26th Feb - Pb/Zn ore remains stockpiled and unprocessed (Q4 target Zn 204 tonnes, Pb 94 tonnes)

They want new equipment to improve the mine. Guess who will be paying for it? Shareholders.

No finance still in place. Paul Fletcher was brought on board in Nov 2019 and has delivered nothing.

Atlas still to pay off each month. Death spiral finding at its finest. Doubt they can afford to pay it in cash either if they need new equipment at the mine.

I've been here for years but I've had enough now. Like someone just said, it's better to have something rather than nothing. The BoD clearly don't give a toss about providing value to shareholders. Expect more dilution and lies.

The time has come to get rid of this toxic share. GLA.

Can anyone actually remember when we had a good one? I genuinely can't remember when we had a positive RNS. It really has been years now.

If you can, just sell. Hurt the BoD where it hurts. They hold shares. Make them feel our pain.

Either that or we cobble together our shares for a removal of AP. Put a motion forward. Can't remember what % of shareholders / shares we need to initiate.

Those valuations are a few placings ago IMO.

A SP of 1p is now well over a 100m market cap thanks to the buckets of dilution we've had to endure. That is a long long way off at the moment. AP can bleet all he wants about how much he thinks BP is worth but until we see the actual revenue figures, no one knows. If we are lucky and things improve, possibly .25 on some decent production figures. Market cap of around 55m then which seems about right IMO. All the other projects on the back-burner are months and months (possibly years) away from even a sniff of revenue.

Until we see some kind of production figures from BP (every 6 months) or some kind of finance news (waiting on the restructure to take place) not alot will move this old dog of a share. Stick this in the bottom drawer and forget about it for a few months at least.

Yep. Everyone's been here long enough to see it coming . Same old cycle for the past few years now. A few tweets, a few pointless RNS' with no real information in them followed by an interview or two and then boom, another placing. It's a sad state of affairs.

Get rid of the death spiral and things may improve. Shame it's such a long way off. Months and months away.

Until then, it will continue to sink. It sucks. Just try and forget about this dog of a share. It's the only way really. Endless days spent on here or checking the share price will change nothing. As someone said earlier, put it in the bottom drawer and leave it there.
