It's like 2017 all over again - Fantasy vs the idiots haha

4.66 billion shares in issue 27/03/2017 turned into 21.3 billion shares by 30/04/2021. Circa 5 fold increase in 4 years.

Had to consolidate down to 213 million shares by 05/05/2021. Now 1 billion shares in issue a year late. Circa 5 fold increase in 1 year.

They are picking up their pace of shareholder dilution! Great job by the BoD! Invest! Boom! Yeah! Great times incoming! Ha.

How can people here not see what's going on? History repeating itself. You really think the company will be able to pay off it's new loan along with it's 20% interest rate? They will dilute shareholders to pay it off as they always have.

Company is run by a bunch of crooks who are only in it to line their own pockets. They pay themselves handsomely, reward themselves with shares and do nothing for their shareholders except dilute them into oblivion.

When in doubt, zoom out. Since AP took over, SP down circa 98%. 86% in the last 12 months alone.

Ramp all you want. The facts are there for all to see.

Those people you have filtered have experience of holding Vast and have been here for years. They know how this company is run and are well within their right to warn others. Zoom out at the share price and look through the previous RNS' at lies the BoD have put forward over the years. It's reflected in the 85%+ drop in share price since AP took over. I'm happy for those who got in at the bottom and have made some good money here recently. It's about time someone did. The problem with that is, it brings out all the idiots and rampers who spout constant crap on here day after day.

Do you really think that people buy shares based on what someone says on an internet message board? Mental. Guess burying your head in the sand is a better plan?

Only down 80% in 12 months / 96% since their CEO AP took over. Will never go near any project he's involved in. Glad BOD severed their ties with the bunch of crooks at VAST.

At least AP's BP shares are worthless too now. Every cloud...

Take solace in the fact that AP shares are also worth bugger all now too. Th only positive to come out of this. Market cap now below £3.5m. Ouch. 98% down since AP took over. Crooks!

I think the fall in shareprice today says it all really. This company is a sham. The only people left on this BB are those who've written off this investment and are (rightly) ****ed off and trying to warn others, people hoping for a quick few % and paid rampers.

How AP and co can justify their obscene salaries is beyond me. Appalling.

As per the RNS on 10th Aug 2020 -

'The purpose of the legally binding HOT is to restructure the existing equity linked convertible Bonds repayable on 29 January 2022 into a traditional senior secured loan with a fixed price premium with repayment postponed to 30 June 2022. The par value of the Bonds currently outstanding is $6.5 million.'

As much as AP and co have destroyed the SP (I could go on here), the 29th Jan is no 30th June.

They can always raise 150% of the current M/C to cover the cost... They probably will, lets be honest. No-one else will lend to this bunch of cowboys.

How on earth does AP justify his 227,000 a year salary. It is quite frankly unbelievable how much he gets paid. Under his leadership, he has returned nothing for shareholders. Placings, lies, deceit, a consolidation followed by more placings with a 90% reduction in share price along the way. VAST have never made a penny in profit. He's taken home well over 1 million in salary since taking over plus his slice for selling off his share of BP. Shocking. I work for a company with a £220-250m turnover and the CEO gets 400 a year. How on earth this clown gets 227 is beyond me. This AGM has to be the end of him and his cronies. Vote them out.

Take what you've still got while you still can. Better to take a loss and have something left than nothing at all. Don't be fooled by idiots on here ramping this. Look a the share price performance under this useless BoD. Lining their pockets whilst taking from shareholders time and time again. Appalling behaviour.

Like the time it was so near the bottom the Bod had to consolidate (so they could raise again an again and again to keep themselves afloat) to then watch the share price post consolidation go all the way to the bottom again? Like that kind of bottom? Appallingly bad BoD here. Vote them out.

Absolutely ridiculous. If you think some babblings on a BB affect the share price you are mad. No-one in their right mind spends cash based on what someone says on here.

Imagine listening to some of the idiots on here daily and thinking 'yes, I'll spend my hard earnt cash because XYZ says it's going to 10p tomorrow!'.

The SP has tanked as the BoD haven't delivered on anything. They are in it for themselves and pay themselves over-inflated salaries. They can't run a business in any way shape or form. If it wasn't for the constant placings this would have been bust a long time ago. They had to consolidate once already as they'd placed so many times. There are so so many reasons why this is tanking and it's got nothing to do with a few massages on an internet chat forum.

This is going bust as they have no way to pay Atlas off before end of Jan. Well, unless they carry out a placing for the total sum owed (which would surprise no-one at all let be honest and result in near 100% dilution AGAIN). No-one will lend to them as they can't prove they will be able to pay it back (see every single previous loan this bunch of cowboys has ever taken out or tried to take out). No-one in their right mind would lend these idiots money.

Sell up, get out, move on. This is dead.

No no no no no... That mine is flooded and is being offloaded for a reason. JC quoted 4 months to dewater it in his last interview. The purchase price (4m) is almost 50% of the BOD market cap. Kinda wish the BoD here had stayed clear of it (and VAST) but that's just me.
