When will people realise this is a lifestyle company? The BoD have no interest in creating value to shareholders and never have. They pay themselves handsomely whilst destroying the share-price. It's been obvious for years now.

They are a clueless, naive, directionless bunch of crooks. Look at how much money they wasted on Manilla, wasted on Zimbabwe (in one of the most corrupt places on the planet ironically!) and now looking to waste on a flooded diamond mine in Botswana (one that will take 4 months to de-water by the way - 4 months!).

Remember when AP and co got all their shares for their slice of BP? We were told it was because the 'tier 1 bank' required it. Magically we then never saw the T1 bank or any proof of it. All a scam to get them paid (again). The only sliver lining is that those share are now worth almost 75% less now than a year ago. Ha!

8th Feb 2019 a Mr Craig Harvey was appointed (quoted from the AP in the RNS) 'I look forward to Paul assuming an important role in advancing the Company's strategic financial goals'. By signing BP over to Atlas? What on earth is his job? Oh we've run out of money, time for a placing! They even had to consolidate FFS! An absolute clown. Must be laughing his head off getting paid to do his 'job'.

Acquisition cost of Sekka diamonds is due to be paid in November. From RNS on 30th Nov 2020. 'The first deferred consideration cash payment of US$150,000 will be payable on 27th November 2021, being the first anniversary of completion of the acquisition.'

I too would expect some kind of placement soon. Standard twice a year placing here to keep things ticking over. The company do have low overheads though unlike some (looking at you VAST).

Don't forget that AP can start selling all his shares soon. The 12 month holding period ends on 9th November (the ones he got for selling his slice of BP). Expect some pointless RNS' and twitter posts in the coming months to try and lift the SP so he can sell at a higher price. The guy is a crook and has proved it time and time again. Don't expect anything other than this. Shambles of a BoD.

They've drilled one blow once. This is the drilling from the second blow. As per JC's last interview (see his Twitter feed for link) you will hear him state more drilling required. That's how I explain it.

More drilling required before bulk sampling at TR and a probable raise to pay for it. After that the bulk sampling can start but that will be after the rainy season (if they can get the drilling done there before then).

JC in his last interview stated that KX36 is still in the early stages of assessment and that they are still doing groundwork in the area. The set-up there is good (esp with a bulk sampling plant) but don't forget, it has not been paid for yet. How will this be paid for? A raise.

Nothing bad with raising funds. JC openly admits to this in his interviews and they are very good at keeping costs down.

Share price is at an all time low. Never ever been lower. AP and co have delivered no value whatsoever to shareholders. Try and ramp it as you see fit with all your pointless (and unfounded) statements of 'great RNS to come' but facts are facts. Now at a pre-consolidation price of .075.

From 7th Jan 2021 RNS; 'The anticipated development of certain aspects of Vast’s wider portfolio has prompted the evaluation for a restructuring and rationalisation of Vast’s corporate structure that will enable investors to have a variable exposure to different elements of the current business, both commodity and jurisdictional. Details of a potential corporate restructuring will be provided to shareholders in due course.'

Absolutely no updates on re-finance or the corporate restructure since then. Over 6 months. Atlas is a massive problem and is a big reason why the majority aren't investing in here. Too much risk.

From the revised mining plan on 30th March 2021 - Aramine Face Drilling Jumbo. Expected arrival: April 2021. Has this been delivered yet? There was a tweet on 26th April stating it would be on site in weeks. No mention of it since then.

Been in production for over 6 months now. First sale of concentrate was on 10th December 2020 as per the RNS on that date. The 6 months is now up. Time for some results.

The fact that there is a bulk sampling setup already on site is massive too. For the price they paid (well, yet to be paid), it looks very promising. Not too sure if they will look for more kimberlites first or start some bulk sampling. The revenue from the bulk sampling would be good (BOD have to pay the first $150,000 for Sekka by 27th Nov) but there would also be staffing costs to factor in to get it up and running. For the $300,000 they paid for it, it could turn out to be a very good asset.

If you're going to spout nonsense here, at least back it up with reasoning. I may be very negative against the Vast BoD but I have every right to be. Their performance over the past few years backs up my views. They have created zero value for shareholders.

Been thinking that for the past 6 years... The BoD always find a way to keep destroying shareholder value. It's been their one consistency. They give zero ****s to long term shareholders. Been diluted into oblivion so far that they had to consolidate. Never forget who you are dealing with here. No wonder the SP is back at all time lows.

It will have been 6 months as of 25th May since the first concentrate sale at BP (see RNS on 23rd and then 26th Nov 2020). Wonder when we will get the first production report. They did say they'd be going to a 6 monthly release of sales reports.

Until we see that we have no idea how much copper concentrate is being produced / sold / at what grade / profit / loss etc.

Wouldn't worry too much about the share price. Look at the market cap. Still below 10m. This has a long way to go. It will take some time but there are alot of promising projects in the pipeline.

We all know where this is heading. It will be consolidation followed by a placing. Look at the BoD's history. It's what they do and what they've done for the past 3 years. Diluted long term holders to death. Everyone had enough and sold so the SP sank too low for them to carry on. They have to consolidate or probably go bust.

No 'tier 1 Swiss bank' is touching this company whilst Atlas have a hold over the assets. No bank will touch AP either. One Google of his history says it all really.

It's taken how long since getting the licence to employ a mine manger? No wonder there will be no profit for months.

First post on the BOD board. Been watching a few interviews with James (the crux investor one from aroud a year ago was very good), skimming through the RNS' and have to say I am impressed. Lots (understatement) of potential projects here and it's nice to see a member of the board who not only knows what he is taking about, but one who seems genuinely enthusiastic about the projects he is involved in. One with a proven track record (better than the rubbish BoD at Vast I've been stuck with for years!).

With a M/C of only 8m or so there is alot to like and some good potential returns. It may take some time as lots of these projects are in their infancy and there will be lots of hurdles to overcome, but so far I like what I see.

Don't dabble much in AIM these days but will be taking a position on Monday.

Also confirms to me that the diamond deal is dead. If the BoD actually thought it was going to arrive they'd have waited for the spike then carried out a placing.

Frustrating to see old AIM dogs like PREM and 88E flying along when they have no income. It's like 2017 all over again. All the time Vast sits and struggles thanks to AP and co ruining all sentiment over the past two years.

The only silver lining to the current SP is that AP is also sitting on a massive loss. He got his chunk for BP at .17. Shame he still creams 20k per month for all his underachievement.

I would say this looks good in the next two to three years but feel like I've been saying that for 5 years now!
