Companies with no income and no revenue ever get a good finance deal. They are at the mercy of the lender. The lender will want something for their side of the risk. Who can blame them? Get BP up and running, get the cash coming in and then post spring next year the diamonds should start too. This is a long term play at the mercy of traders but at least there is light at the end of the tunnel now.

It's like the Baita license all over again. Back then people on here were arguing over 30 working days or calendar days. Now it's all about when the Zimbabwe government will have a meeting. For all we know, these meetings have nothing to do with getting the final signature.

It will arrive. If it's today, great. If it's in a week, great. Worrying about getting a 7am RNS or a sign off today just sounds like a bunch of traders looking for a quick few £ then selling out.

When it lands there will no doubt be a big spike, rampers galore then a sell off and a consolidation. It will still be months before Vast gets an income from the diamonds.

Let's not forget that we are also dealing with one of the most corrupt governments on the planet in a country where people are starving due to hyper inflation. The government may have other priorities at the moment.

I just want Vast to get BP up and running! It's been too long. All IMO of course. DYOR

People also need to remember the near 45% increase in shares since then. Circa 5bn to over 10bn.

Hey ho, if people think that a 10% dip in one day is bad then you must have forgotten the rest of the year!

It's 15:00 in Zimbabwe. Looks like this will roll on into next week. Never mind, not alot anyone can do about it.

At least the volume is abit better today. A blue day is a good day.

Volume's dropped back down now. Looks like everyone is holding and waiting for the next RNS to drop. Only 163m traded today.

We are now in the territory where the .45 warrant holders will start to convert. They expire in December.

Can tell you've not been here long if you think a 2.97% drop is a bad thing. After this year, the SP recovery is superb.

Hopefully they get sold and we all get a dividend! If only

What are people's views on the upcoming finance deal? From my experience, companies looking for funding who have no income are usually the ones which get worse deals. Vast have no income (and won't for a few months at least) so will surely have to commit to some kind of warrant / equity sacrifice? I know the sale of PP was to rid the books of all the debt which was a good move. In the RNS on the 28th May it stated term sheets from a Swiss bank as well as financing for the diamonds. I guess one of those has now dropped out? It would seem one package for the full 13.5? Someone won't just give away 13.5m without some kind of guarantee they will get it back. Esp to a junior minor. It's clear the finance hinges on the diamond deal. Hopefully it's just a loan based on the projected profits from the diamonds?

In view of the possibility of the repayment of Mercuria through the Swiss Bank or through similar alternative finance the Letter also requests Shareholders to grant authority to the Directors to issue up to 2,315 million warrants as security to any financier who repays the amount outstanding to Mercuria provided that the principal terms of such warrants are substantially similar to those issued to Mercuria and the warrants issued to Mercuria are cancelled.

How many warrants are there left to cash in by December? I've lost count with all the dilution here. Think there are around 500m at around .45 to cash in?
