If you look at all the timelines, they state 'from date of funding'.

Hopefully if a pre-payment off-taker agrees that the mine is worth circa $50 then it can be used as collateral in any kind of deal. No more issuing of shares please!

Thanks for the link. Once Vast get funding, it will be six months to get BP production. October 2019 at the earliest now then. Will probably be longer as funding seems a distance off yet. 1 year after getting the license.

To be fair the research note sums up how we all feel at the moment. No income, no idea what the future holds, living in hope...

If only the board would give us some kind of update as to what is going on and the confusing mess Vast are in. We owe money to SSGI, Mercuria and god knows who else. We are in default with both SSGI and Mercuria. Manailla is on shutdown and PP is being used to pay off Eureka. I'm a simpleton and even I am worried about the short term future of this company. A market cap circa £10m now. More placements likely. They've even stopped issuing quarterlies as there is nothing to report anymore. There are alot of upsides in Vast but huge risk here at the moment.

Well now Vast have no income (Manailla on shut-down and PP paying off debts for Eureka) I'd imagine another placing to keep the lights on. 0.1p probably on the cards before the end of the month unless news comes but by the noises coming from Saturdays investor show, don't hold your breath for that either. Really need to sort the funding out but until SSGI are gone, even that won't be here any time soon. Long way back from here annoyingly. Only a 300% rise now for me to break even... Cheers AP!

If you were on here when the first holding RNS came out you would see that he's done research papers in the past on the mining economy in Romania and the huge future it has.

Volume today was only 56.3m traded. That is a grand total of 0.75% of the company's total shares in issue (thanks AP) and yet the SP has been dropped nearly 10%. AIM at its finest.

This part of the RNS has spiked my interest.

Long term funding for all assets. Could be huge. Not just BP but Zargra, the new processing facility at Manailla, diamonds and who knows what else. Still could be weeks away from finding out the finalised plan but all we can do is live in hope.

It's out of their hands. Less than 2 weeks ago at the GM the board were saying that they we getting different offers all the time and that they were looking for the best deal, not the quickest deal. I'd love it if we had news today but honestly expect it to be weeks yet. All the due diligence and lawyers involved will drag it out. Hopeful of some good news in the next RNS. God knows it's been long enough!

I mean that's what a lot of people will do. Either trade this up to 0.6 or just sell out if it ever gets there.

By the sound of yesterday's Q&A at the GM it will be a while yet. AP said something along the lines of still exploring various options and that they are still receiving offers. As much as I'd love it here today, I imagine it will be another 3 to 6 weeks at least. IMO at least. Will give the SP a jolt where alot can minimise losses and get out.

By the way, did anyone realise that Manailla was shut down? We all guessed it was but disappointing to hear it all the same. Mercuria T1 won't have been paid off this quarter.

I know AP isn't a fan of quarterlies but will there be any for Q4? We are reaching the end of Q1 and still know nothing of the last one. If AP isn't doing them anymore wouldn't it be a good idea to tell the shareholders? I'm not expecting much from them, far from it, but it's always good to know. Is Manailla servicing the Mercuria T1 debt ok? Q3 stated that it wasn't. Are they into the sulphides at PP yet? Can we get an answer on the trucks? Remember those? SS - You can't be happy with AP's performance since he took over though? 2.4bn shares issued so far under his 'leadership' and no additional income streams in operation. That's 50% more than when he took over. Asking for the authority for 2bn more at the next GM (yes he says it's for diamonds and BP but let's be honest here, he can do what he likes with them once authority is given). BP - got the license and here we are 6 months later still waiting on funds to get the 6 month timeline to even get into production (mostly down to Mercuria screwing us over I'll admit). Zero confidence in the market and a SP crash of over 70%. Let's not even mention Bergen. That was the biggest and most costliest cock up ever. We had a raise for trucks at Manailla last year and then later on we were told we can't afford to lease them anyway (another one that he has gone quiet on). I personally don't see any difference between him and RP. Maybe it's BM above them we should all be ****ed at? I'm still invested here and am sitting on a huge loss. I feel I can rant as much as I like when I'm £40k down. A few months ago I was still optimistic of a good return on my investment but these days I just don't know. It's bad news after bad news and I'm getting fed up of it all. Sure there will be a podcast this week spouting more BS to keep us on the hook.

Didn't realise I'd invested in PREM. 7.5bn shares and counting. More on the way after the next GM. When AP took over (just 14 months ago) there were 5.1bn in issue. He's given us 2.4bn shares and a 70%+ drop in share price. Oh AP our saviour! Guess the offtake is a while away too other why do this now with the SP in the bin and not wait until after when it would be higher. Keep giving this idiot more headroom and he'll keep using it.

How many shares were in issue when AP took over as CEO just over a year ago? 5bn or so? In 6 weeks time it will be almost 8bn. What a terrible job he has done for shareholder valve. That's almost 40% dilution. Crashing share price. No improvement in any assests and no additional income sources. Poor so far to say the least.
