8bn shares in issue soon. Eugh. Just give us some good news for once!!!! Since Vast got the BP licence I can only think of one piece of good news since (getting the right to mine diamonds). The rest has just been bad news after bad news (with a couple of zzz bits in-between). Jam tomorrow

Interesting spot / thoughts. Not too sure how I feel about giving up PP IF that should be the case. Looks like Vast still owe SSGI $3.4m though. AP did say he was aiming to clear all debt in his last interview. Hmmmm. I did think that PP was being used to fund Eurekas start up but again, not heard much on that recently either. In the last quarterly conference call AP did state that Vast were focusing less on assets that they had less control over to save management costs (which makes sense to me). Time will tell

Almost 1bn shares traded today (ignore what LSE is saying - almost 900m shares traded today). That's the kind of volume which gets this moving. 287% to break even... Choo choo

So VAST currently have 6bn shares in issue.
Bergen have another $1m of share to cash in when they like. So another 1bn shares to be issued there.
The BoD have already stated that we need to issue 800m shares to raise the capital to keep BP open until it starts production.
Bergen are to provide VAST with additional funds which the GM has been called in order to give the authority to issue 1bn shares in addition to the current 592m share the BoD already have the authority to issue.
Diamonds - again BoD are after authority to issue up to 2bn additional shares for this. To be noted that this is to be used as collateral against a loan (if a loan can be obtained.

6bn in issue. 1st Bergen brings it up to 7bn. BP issue to raise it close to 8bn. Bergen mk.2 brings that to around 9.6bn shares. If they then get the authority for the 2bn for diamonds (which they can issue as they see fit) that's almost 12bn shares in issue. A 50% dilution of today

All quick calculations and there is the possibility that we may not need to 1.6bn for Bergen mk.2 (if a new offtake can be sorted in time) or diamonds (if a loan can be sorted) but fu** me what a mess.

Probably right to start trading this once it hits rock bottom. Cut losses and start again and nice dilution is known.

Has anyone emailed AP today? Is anyone going to the EGM? Doubt there will be many shareholders there as there aren't many left!

Don't you mean that the share price is tanking. We have no money and massive debts. The board have repeatedly lied to its shareholders. There is at least one massive raise on the way to keep the lights on. Bergen still have 1m in shares / debt to issue as they please. Bergen are our only way forward in the near term. Still no date for BP. Still no date for a diamond license. Still no trucks. No doubt a terrible set of quarterlies on the way. Man this is a dog of a share. When will there be good news?! Looking at massive dilution here in the near term

What a crock. AP is a crook and as soon as I break even I'm out. Lease repayments for the trucks?! We had a raise for them to buy them. More lies. 1m raise has been wasted in other words. More BS there. Told us he couldn't tell us at the time, turns out to be loan payments. Another raise on the way to keep the lights on imminent. Raise after raise after raise. We now owe SSI, Mercuria and god knows who else millions yet we are having another raise just to keep the lights on. What a pack of lies. AP out

Another red day. Have given up counting the losses. Need well over 300% now to just break even. Something fishy going on imo. Market cap now below 9m. Good work AP... Well at least the next two days will be break even haha roll on Monday and more red. This radio silence is deafening

I guess we all had a hint in the last set of quarterlies when we were told that we hadn't kept on schedule with the repayments. Over 80% down here now. May as well just hold and wait.
