So, back in the day when starks F.UPs of the plant provoked Canmax to apply to withdraw their holdings but GR issued a Force Majure to prevent this, Canmax have had many chances to withdraw again as many dates have been missed, so why havent they! Makes you wonder what is actually happening over there. Canmax could, if its actually written into the contract take over, but they have not. So what is going on!.
