So i have been away for a few months, as there is nothing to see here yet, for me anyway. So as i am a saddo today, i have gone through Martinigirls (aka moanygirl,walter mitty) posts as i know she is full of it. In the one below, i can confirm that she is WRONG,WRONG,WRONG.

Stark were appointed on a Design and Building Contract, so yes they have been to blame for the plants issues from day one. They tried to resolve these issues many times, until GR determined their contract and brought in another company. Prem will have a good case against them, the only issue is that they will have to right back to the FEED and thats a lot of paper work to read through.

For those of you that dont know, it was proven on here that Martini,aka Moany, Walter was a proven liar.

Cherryburn, PREM won't get a single penny out of Stark, George is happy to blame them for the failings of the plant but he accepted their plant design knowing full well it was very different to the design requirements as laid out in the scoping study. If he was going to take legal action against Stark he would have done it by now and I'm sure his legal counsel will have advised him against taking such an expensive course of action with little chance of success and a lengthy timescale involved.
