Is he not talking about the Novatalk webinar on 11 November? I am hoping that we do get the hello from DA at the talk and that he acts as compere or at least gives an intro, unlike GM in previous talks. Right now, seeing a passionate and confident leader (who is prepared to talk without a script!) could start a recovery even if there is no new news per say.
Hi Steve, to clarify one point, the parties are not in arbitration, which is effectively the same as going to Court only in a private forum. The parties are still negotiating, which of course is what we want because it shows their is still a willingness to preserve a relationship and means a compromise could land any day.
I had thought for a while that the delay over a settlement was down to a negotiation of a new deal (the dispute itself sounds fairly straightforward and resolvable) but now it looks as though there is more at play, most likely the good law project or timing issues e.g. over budgets.
Happy Friday.

The Gov rhetoric has all been about cheap and easy despite the risks . Well, it looks like LFTs will be neither (or at least not substantially so). Stick with Birograd. Stick with Nova.
Anybody expecting anything nova wise from this?

Looks like GM is not retiring with his feet up (looking to help companies).
Adds to the hypothesis that he was pushed, not walked. If this was all some kind of masterplan then I sure hope we start seeing the fruits of it soon.
Sasa, it crossed my mind and I imagine plenty of others on the BB. It would be an obvious and win-win outcome but I've seen nothing from the Gov to suggest they are about to start taking the most logical steps! So, we wait....
Resigned from the holding co. also. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12031776/officers
I doubt he was bought in for the dispute, he has a commercial, not litigious background so I wouldn't read too much into it vis a vis DHSC.
I'm not usually one to add to the anti Gov rhetoric but this thread from Twitter shows up how incompetent Jenny Harries and co. are. https://twitter.com/ProfColinDavis/status/1450203597300453379?t=Dg2peV0ZPVC8dADK-RiWaA&s=19

The question is, what does successful mean!? A few fists pumps and business card exchanges or new customers and big orders??
