I reckon that we'll be back in the £1.60 to £1.70 bracket by the end of the week. Just my opinion and gut feeling.
Hope not though because I'm not ready to top up yet. Waiting for a share that I've had for months to pop.
The price that you were given this morning was an absolute bargain. Gutted that I can't top up. Gutted that I didn't see this drop coming (why would you) so that I could sell high and buy back low.

Rapid Antigen Test (by Avacta) detects the presence of viral proteins and can provide screening test for the most infectious people.

PCR Test can detect small amounts of viral genetic material. So a test can be positive long after a person stops being infectious.

Antibody Tests detect the body's immune response to the virus and are not effective in the early part of the infection when people are most infectious.

Looks like we are going to have the Holy Grail of testing.
Especially when Sir Al said
"People may not know that there is a mutant of the Sars Cov 2 virus called D614G. This is a mutant spike protein and accounts for approx. 70% of the cases in USA and EU. It's a more infectious form of the virus and there is a bit of evidence that suggests antibodies against the normal virus are not effective against that mutant. Dropped big time first thing and then went blue at 12.30pm and then dropped as if we had just seen a bad news RNS.
Not normal surely?
But like you, I'm looking further ahead than today. What Avacta are going to give to the world does not justify today's trading activity.
One saving grace is that we (hopefully everyone on here) didn't fall for that posters ramping of VAL over the weekend - Sitting at number 1 on the fallers list today :-)

Was thinking the same DOH85.
Loads of subtle deramping going on whilst ramping other companies.
The share price today is doing my head in but as a LTH I'm not concerned.

Was terrible this morning before setting off for work.
Saw the RNS and thought nothing to worry about there.
LSE kept crashing from 8.05am until Ileft for work but saw that we were ranked at number 4 on the fallers for the day chart.
Had to look at my trading account and couldn't believe that we were priced at around 1.44.
I was blind to what was going on until about 9.10am.
Glad that it has normalised now.
From the little bits that I've read, it seems that we are going to need a bigger boat. Are Carnival still selling their boats?
Will try and watch the piece later.
I feel such a twat.
