It wouldn’t worked if it was uncertain whether the asset remained or not.

Cray, I’ll stick with my perception of the deal.

That VLRM will keep the $200m US asset if QGP don’t go through with acquiring the 49.9%.

I really don’t want a drawn out debate about it but I’m prepared to go on record with that take.

We are at a point where this business goes up or disappears into the dirt. I suggests some reputations in here will do the same.

Cray, certainly was a gamble and remains that. But I would say I’m as right as anyone in saying it might happen or it might not. At the moment it is. I didn’t put my money in this to deliberately lose it, I invested in a company that showed potential to bring high return. I’d say there’s a better chance of that happening now than not.

What gives you or Golden credibility right now? It’s going up up up ⬆️

In my view, the deal has been structured to incentivise both parties.

For me, the $200m will remain on the balance sheet regardless.

I spend a lot of time doing proper work Golden. I would suggest you probably spend too much time obsessing about a company and it’s sp that you have zilch involvement in.

Anyway, I don’t think there is a specific argument for or against VLRM as it’s an unknown new world that it’s operating in.

Will the company succeed or fail? Could go either way.

If I’m honest Cray, I’m not an analytical person. I stumbled across VLRM in April 2021 and bought around 12000 shares for 26p each.

I’ve been intrigued ever since. I have 2.2 million shares at an average of 7.6p.

And that’s it really.

I won’t buy anymore as I think I’m in a good enough place.

It’ll go one of two ways.

What bit of my involvement in this share do you not get? It’s a complete gamble! We know the world is moving towards tokenisation, VLRM have some of the key requirements in place and are working towards filling the gaps. If I wanted a safe investment, I may have bought Premium Bonds. I wanted a gamble. The end result will be that I lose everything I invested or I end up with £millions in profits.

I really am here to enjoy the ride.
