RE: Flavour of the Pipeline - Starting to Materialise6 Feb 2026 20:18
The bottom line is the deal has now been detailed in an RNS twice since it was sealed! It’s an RNS! It’s a legal obligation to tell the truth, to not lie. What is anyone suggesting here?
GG, are you suggesting the deal is fake?
Broke, are you doubting the credentials/existence of the board members mentioned?
RE: Flavour of the Pipeline - Starting to Materialise6 Feb 2026 20:14
Broke,
Far more interesting to list the ones that don’t! You can’t, and that’s the point! Until these people come along, no one will know them. I am a successful businessman, I don’t have a LinkedIn profile. Never really felt the need. Why do I need to tell the world?
That the deal, announced in an RNS, confirmed in an RNS and explained by the bod many times is a false deal. Really? Is that really all you have left?
It’s really quite sad.
When the first payment comes through, are you going to say it’s counterfeit cash? When the company is listed in the US are you going to say it’s not? When the company announces more deals are you going to say the deals are fake?
Come on! It’s starting to get embarrassing for you all now. GG, I honestly thought better of you.
Crawshaw, you just go along with whatever GG says.
Let’s not forget that GoldenGod got everything so hideously wrong!
‘Who would invest £280 million dollars into a £35 million cap business for 49.9% of the business’ they asked! They just couldn’t get their head around it.
‘If the deal is made, you will never hear from me again’ they said! Yet…. Here they are, still posting, still mocking. More front than the final frontier!
Now, apparently they will go when VLRM receive the first $4.25m. I’ve come to the conclusion that GG is full of BS.
7.5 weeks and he will be gone then hey! Not long in the grand scheme of things. Shall we start the count down?
Something different to your normal posts? You have replaced the usual absolute certainty that you were right and everybody else was wrong with a less confident style, riddled with sarcasm.
I think you’re just hanging around hoping that something will happen, where you can come back in and say I told you so… just leave it. It’s over
Golden G, I’d have thought you’d had enough of getting it wrong by now! Still here though! I find it quite disappointing when someone can’t accept that they may have got it all wrong and throw their hands up and admit it to all.
Let yourself down there I feel.
I’m not going to drag it all up again. I’m not going to regurgitate all your old messages where you got it wrong, despite the fact you do that at every opportunity. I just hoped you might just admit it.
San, as I believe that VLRM will receive $200m I can’t agree with you. I also believe the value of the company is now set by the $279.5m for 49.9% of the company.
I’m a lth as you know. I’m happy with my position. I’m on thin ice in TG myself, but I don’t see why you wouldn’t be allowed back, your contributions were always respected
I haven’t seen any investor talking about $200m “in the pocket”. It’s clear that a $200m underwritten asset is now sitting on the balance sheet, it’s also clear that $79.5m will be paid to VLRM over the next 5 years.
With this in place, VLRM should grow, particularly with an additional $1 billion facility available.
As a share holder here and now, I’m not so bothered about 5 years in. The company really is in a place to motor on now. But, we have the asset for 5 years, we have the income (just under $4m a quarter). I can’t see a down side
Gary does say that we have strategically swapped 49.9% of our company for $200m in notes and $79.5m.
I believe that when the notes mature, QGP will either buy them back for $200m or roll them over.
VLRM may still need the asset to remain listed on Nasdaq.
It’s likely they won’t as in 5 years this could all be academic. I think this cash injection and the asset injection are solely to get the company operating at a higher level in the sphere and listed on Nasdaq. The shares will be irresistible to the Americans and the sp rockets.
