Golden Gag and the rest on here are non negotiable.

They all use the same tactic and that is baseless speculation. They get a couple of minor things tight and celebrate like idiots. But they get the majority so so wrong.

Golden Gag in particular was massively speculating coming into the deal announcement. He couldn’t get his ring brain around it all, bless him. Made a complete fool of himself to be fair. He promised to leave if the deal went through. He is still denying it ever did, poor thing.

No, it’s all hot air and speculation based on nothing from that side. They all ignore the facts. They call us LTH’s idiots, the call the BoD’s liars and base all their poor excuses of debates on mindless, made up speculation.

Binding HoT’s doesn’t necessarily mean not mean commitment, particularly on a £19m deal. It could easily refer to confidentiality, agreement take it through to contract discussions, agreement to complete DD.

Don’t keep harping on about something that is absolutely not relevant and answer my questions further a change.

Binding HoT’s doesn’t necessarily mean financially binding. It can mean confidential for example.

No one is going to agree to financially binding HoT’s as by definition HoT’s are outlines of a future contract.

There is absolutely NO reason to think the deal is false. But you have previous of false speculation.

None of you are actually talking the truth, you are all speculating. The company is well on track, it’s been a great ride and I for one am happy where we are. You will recall I hold a lot of shares. It’s my kind of investment as these things are only for the brave.

Some of the things being said by the likes of GoldenGod are just made up. You all got it badly wrong in your speculation around whether the deal would happen, it did. You all got it badly wrong around what happens with the $200m after 5 years, it stays.

Let’s look at it like this. If the market had rejected this deal, do you think the share price would still be where it is? It would be around 0.5p as the board would be liars and criminals if that were the case.

Do you think an advisor to the WhiteHouse would join a company that is what you (The Fab Four) are making it out to be? Do you think the bod would release rns after rns announcing these advances if it weren’t true? (Cue the ‘well they have in the past’ comments (which is untrue)).
