The maths does not add up from what you say:
6,000,000 x £0.01 = £6000
6,000,000 x £0.001 = £600
We will all be holding the same number of shares at the end of the process. I have 6m shares now and will still have 6m shares.
The nominal value of those shares will be £0.0001 instead of £0.01. The actual value of the shares will not have been affected by the process.
The FCA really need to look at the dealing of the crook Sefton combined. AAOG and Iconic. AAOG he did some highly questionable dealings and went on record saying about how great it was etc, before destroying the company. Now more equally shady dealings. Rather than looking at them 1 by 1, they need to look at his conduct over both companies.
Well Sefton at his best again. Pump a company, do a runner and take the money and anything of value and leave the PI's to pick up the pieces. Crooked beyond belief, but I al legally fine no doubt. He is worthless and karma will get him in the end! Rant over!
Morning
This is an open forum and post as you want, but please try and relax. Gold price is still holding okay. Bitcoin up and down, that is the markets. Just give it all time. The world is full of uncertainty and unknowns. You are invested in a company producing gold, has cash flow, and manageable debt. If you are nervous, you need to sell out. Try and keep positive!
Very good reading I would say.
16,094 ounces of gold were sold during Q3 2020 at an average realised gold price of US$1,943 per ounce (Q2 2020: 14,908 ounces at an average gold price of US$1,722 per ounce).
· US$31.3 million in gold receipts received in Q3 2020 (Q2 2020: US$25.7 million).
· In October 2020 the Company completed a restructuring of the Group's debt position
· Total interest bearing liabilities as at 30 September 2020 were, in aggregate, approximately US$134 million.
· A US$4 million repayment of senior debt was made during quarter.
· Cash available for use as at 30 September 2020 was US$9.6 million.
My question for the brokers valuations is how much do they look at what is the impact of the long term sales basis though. Covid may be around 2-3-4 years, who knows. The share price has to reflect future forecasts and profits as well, not just banking money from Covid. How much is this is factored into the forecasts.
