Heard Ed Davey this morning saying he would impose windfall taxes on the banks if he got into power. Fortunately, his views are irrelevant.

I told him, I’d not heard that so asked him for his source. He sent me back a link to Russia Today. I asked him for another source that was credible and haven’t heard from him since funnily enough……
