that was a hope matherdj....yes disappointed - but this is the only deal in town which makes it a great deal....

not so much on the money side...but from the point of view that a successful, wealthy organisation with a track record of achievement and contacts will be the operator..things should get done quickly I feel...the alternative was more downward spirals...
