don't get me wrong...I'm not ecstatic about the cash component of the deal.....but the licence seems more likely now that the funding for the required development and EPS will be secured...it may even have been a condition in the TZ paperwork...who knows?

i'm afraid it is a craw in the paw we may have to bear robbie...ceo going would absolutely kill the sp...remember what happend after previous ceo left - sp dropped from around 6p straight down like a runaway lift - which I think was the start of the decline...at least the deal gives security against dilution and a firm base from which to launch...institutions will find this more attractive now than the prospects of late....they need institutionals to invest now (hence investor pres today?) this has been a day traders dream for far too long at the LTHs expense.

bird in the hand rather than two in the bush is how I see the deal - we can move on quickly now.....
