As the third Ntorya well site has already been prepared and is ready to drill and according to their twitter feed not dependent on the 25yr licence, could the next news item likely to be the securing of the rig?

Or could it be the granting of the LIcence itself as a result of the signed F/O agreement guaranteeing adequate funding for it and the rest of the field development?

BTW - from memory, wasn't the pipeline connection at KN-1 funded at no cost to Aminex by the TPDC?...

The F/O deal includes EPS and presumably 35km pipework to Madimba out of our end...
