Any major as you say is not going to leave control of moving things forward with GR at the wheel…. Firstly he seems to struggle with balancing a balance sheet.
When he gets money he spunks it on wild unrelated things never moving things through to any conclusions… everything drifts.
My hope is being an old boy … he won’t want things come to fruition after he’s gone so he might adopt an approach where he starts monetising things so he has a benefit in his lifetime

This Kehoglo only posts negative stuff on Scir (when he comments anywhere else / previously it’s on Solo).
This is a basket case of a share and limps along with very little happening… the Boards best accomplishment is to have changed the name, and spunked money on a new logo.
It still has nothing much to its name other than dwindling cash and the 25% from Solo /Aex arrangement.
However it’s priced exactly as that basket case and therefore any improvement from that for me will reflect and why too I’ve taken a few more down here.
Believe it or not basket cases don’t always remain as that (and I can say that having held Pxen for five years, before I get shot down).

All I can say it means something wildly different to Barry Humphries than it does to me and the Oxford English Dictionary. A year last October he did one of his podcasts and looked into the camera said he had some great news the next week or two.

The “it will be ‘x’ by Christmas or by next week is just white noise. The reason any income stream (certainly at any sort of level to pay the bills and keep the lights on) will send the share price is in my subject above.

U.K. Covid passport …. We got as far as the U.K. Morris dancers second eleven reserve team trialing us. This company has a value of 2 million … 2 million… just think about that … if you are a deramper, whatever your motive you are not going to be able to push back against any announcements or RNS’s of significance… that is also why (unlike on most boards) the silly numbers are not stupid as a 20 million mkt cap or 7p would also not be stupid here (depending what it was).

If I sell scrap ends or off cuts of 1980’s bits of old carpet… AIM can value me at 2 million. You (and we) on the bulletin boards need to focus … 2 million … 2 million at 0.70… and potentially be ready one day for ‘not selling too early’

The flip side of that … a lifestyle company that ambles along raising money and issues confetti… then we all carry on waiting for what never comes. Down here the risk and reward will do me .. and the elastic band stretches ever more the lower it gets

I put on here I was staying despite the old board and Ed not because of him but the income (even with a delay in Italy) makes this a no brained when you look at the numbers versus the mkt cap.
Long way to go … the price was only down to 1.55 due to his inept management and penchant to look like the scruffiest guy ever to maskarade Proative.
It’s worth more than twice this 6.25/6.5 level (and I love the fact this is only the second post of the day on something that’s been on the leader board four or five days out of the last seven)…under the radar for now which is better still

1.375 actual sell price … so still (as you can buy slightly under 1.50) an 8% spread (plus fees) hardly an exciting proposition whether you are an LTH like me or trying to trade (non starter).
If it’s the mm’s job to create a marker .. we must have “couldn’t give a 5£!t and couldn’t give a 5£!t’5 mate” having a go.
We are way way undervalued (much like Pxen has been ignored for years) let’s hope someone rocks up once we announce anything cos currently… it’s like holidaying on the Marie Celeste ..

There’s a heck of a lot of buying into the close.
You look at the 1.13 sell price they border onto ‘insignificant’ in comparison to the 1.17 and higher trades.
Here’s hoping for a good continuation… thought it would have spiked higher today only if it retraced slightly on the subsequent drift while news arrives.
As a proportion of the buying price Friday (ie not that much higher) we’ve along way to go if all ends up coming to fruition as they imply.

Yes you can offload 1 or 2 million and they’d take them off you at 26.9 … I bought some more to average down this morning… surely this has to come good ??
It’s a hefty number of shares to work through though so although I’m sure we’ll rise … they’ll (market makers) walk it down to 25/26 at some point in the future to get the last ones away (unless news hits first of course) …. Here’s hoping.

As if Walter Mitty held 18 million that he’s sold out of. (And even if he had why would you put it on a BB ?) I am starting to see why the ‘filter button’ has been used by many of you.
The ####k should have bought himself a grid with his Christmas money to stuff his money down (without dealing costs) if he lived on here talking down the share price and spreading negativity.
Still something to celebrate today (after the ‘raise’ and subsequent fall) ill be able to come on and read something other than deramping… as that must mean (until he opens a new Avatar) he’s gone !!!!! Why would you stay if you’ve sold all your shares … you clearly wouldn’t. Brilliant

Yep I took some at 31.99 … they are worth buying here if only to trade them and sell the same amount at some point this next month.

Yeah all going well with the share price. Income (and ultimately profit as a proportion of that) makes the share price ridiculously cheap (especially from 2023).
We just need to hope the gaffers not off on holiday … and they wake up ED from his peripheral role on the sidelines to do a Proactive Interview, about how we are doing

I’ve read it elsewhere on other BB’s …. but this really could be the cheapest thing on AIM.

Staff taking shares, outcomes from recent work, documentation in place, … late with a sixty day deadline which people counted down to like a ticking clock … and the fact it late building in some additional drift.

Tell me how to build the perfect storm for a share price to take off other than that.

Any buyers down here will not lose money … and a smidge over 10% under what placing and directors are paying … mentally cheap !!!!

I didn’t realise how tiresome a negative poster can get. If someone is supposed to be a holder why would you just spout negative s£!7 continuously… this proper will come good. Just delayed in the same way as most AIM companies dealing with … shall we say questionable countries who don’t behave in the same way as the U.K. … and yet we still expect them too

I’d like to hear from the LTH ‘Head in the Sand’ … I’ve been here that long I can’t remember why I bought back into this @@@@.
The shares went from six pence to thirty odd … I sold a lot in the low twenties on the way back down… so had a profit. Alas when they got to four pence, I thought with all the board were saying was going to happen … I couldn’t fail going back in at what I perceived was cheap.
With missing every deadline or being perennially unlucky (supposedly) … the share remains much undervalued based on the sum of the parts. They just haven’t monetised anything and therefore I suspect we are going to sell it on the cheap. The thing is if two companies eye it up and anywhere near values attained it should be a lot higher than we are worth now.

Well Mavern you’re right, very draining … just a negative drip drip drip all the time.
Still drip drip drip is very apt because the ability to push water up a hill is going to be something he needs to learn to do quite sharpish as there is only one way this KOD and others in the sector are going this next 12/18 months. To not be involved.. His loss !!

When they were interviewed as a double act they didn’t fill me with confidence… too many failures as someone said. Always someone else’s fault but they fail to deliver .. every time without exception it seems.

Should have walked away ages ago … Dud duo in charge. Can’t run a bath !!

The share price was savaged my inept management… pathetic verbal releases and a raise that can only be described as ‘mates rates’ for those in the know and a price history and sales that bore no reflection of what had just been released.
At the time everything was put back twelve months and all the ‘family trusts’ and associated parties took their money out at 4-8p before the raise (at heavily discounted level) came out two days later.
Cast your minds back it was cheap at those levels even after the raise, if you haven’t fallen out with the dodgy board and crooked goings on then this is crazily cheap.
The only issue is have they now lost all trust ? and are tarnished ? which as with many other AIM shares where they manipulate to their own ends the share is left as a ‘dead duck’ or is this an awesome buying in point??
I’ve helped myself this last couple of days to a few chunks … but there is massive upside potentially here, and at these levels.
