I concede ‘unquantifiable’ …. but how much involvement do we need to make a mockery of a three million mkt cap.

It could be the cheapest thing on AIM by quite a margin?
As we are unable to sell ‘anything’ on our own the collaboration with other companies overcomes what was becoming an issue.
3 million mkt cap ‘very quantifiable’ ITS CHEAP

… and there is the disparity between being involved in ‘anything of significance’ done on a national basis … and having only a 3 million mkt cap.
Contracts with Covid ran into the billions and will make (due to the whiff of cronyism last time) spending more accountable but please no one tell me that we are not worth a lot more than 3 million as a business.
I would suspect now the R&D is in the past that margins for CTEA are now quite healthy once anything is off the ground.

… the placing price is a farse unless you say it was for management to hoover up a load of cheap shares having been selling all they could as we hit 9p.
…. I suppose I’d load up and participate in a 3.5 if I could offload a boatload via offshore holdings and opaque family trusts. Before anyone comes on and says “oh they can’t do that it’s illegal .. and they have to declare crossing thresholds” …. Behave —and please don’t be naive.

As the guy said “be fearful and selling when all around you are buying, and be buying when all are fearful” … it’s either a massive Ponzi scheme or your man is right … you are looking at the cheapest thing on Aim if you are prepared to wait a year

Just for one minute imagine a valuation with any sort of contract ??… even a big company … construction companies in Africa?? … imagine trying to value it with a national contract… it’s 10 fold …50 fold !!!
Therefore the muppets that scream on all AIM companies 30p by Xmas … potentially would be way more likely here.

Ridgecrest was going to the moon when it was 1.95 and (as always “by the end of next month”) would go to 4 and above…

XTR to 10p “by as early as the end of next month” … as that was around 6.5 … instead it’s gone down to 3.30 and currently 3/4 months later limped to just over 4.00

You may as well open the teapot scatter the tea leaves all over the floor and claim to be able to read them…. Utter witch doctor mumbo jumbo but he must make a nice living at his regular chartist extravaganza… how could you put a price on this (unless you knew of a deal or deals) without any it’s lucky to be valued at 0.80 … with a big contract .. or the U.K. govt … single digits is too cheap.
Needs an income stream desperately… and not the U.K. Morris dancers B team and the like … just makes it sound like a two bit outfit … which looking at the technology I’m sure we are not.
I know we said we were in talks with ‘helping the govt in addressing Covid options etc’ … have we ever said they have terminated discussions?? (Or just the newspaper that said CTEA would not be the chosen provider??)

Very hard to keep the faith when AIM stocks drift. I put on here a couple to three weeks back that it had turned and although nothing significant the sell price was firming.
That I’m sure was the bottom for this 0.5 plus share of last year as it halved on delays …. anyone who feels they’ve a year left in them buying and holding these will be a very profitable exercise.

There is only one reason the share price tanked three days on the trot, prior to the placing, despite what we had just announced.
Opaque Family Trusts and offshore holdings were being offloaded by the management team … gathering together the funds to reinvest at mates rates levels, knowing they could raise the money they’d need to participate in the placing (that the lower they made it the more shares they would have for the long climb up this next 18 months).
Not a long time to wait as with a mkt cap down here, risk fairly largely removed and apart from shredding p.i. confidence …. which will tend usually to be short lived.. they don’t have to face out those they’ve just shafted… then low and behold…. ‘oh surprise surprise we were in discussions after all and heres a joint venture’ the price recovers and at pi’s expense…. most having run off suffering a healthy loss cursing and moaning.
I maybe doing them a disservice but hey do they care…. one day Buck and his team will be laughing all the way to the bank.
My only solice … they sold 100% over the placing … I’ll load mine up right now at 8/9% under what they’re loading up at.

Seems like nothing is afoot.
If anything was going on behind the scenes it would be a leaky boat…. People in the know would be doing their buying and our price would not continue to drift.
Strange that Covid came along just at the right time for CTEA to exploit the opportunities that brought as when I first bought in we had no Covid and the product would help on building sites and other workplaces in Africa and the like for Yellow Fever and the like.
I’m sure the product has just not been sold very well … and we are either ‘pitching’ too expensively with a product that has now similar competitor offerings or we just can’t sell.
Best we came up with as I synically said on here was a trial with the England Morris Dancing B Team …. it either doesn’t float anyone’s boat or one almighty jump in the share price comes one day.
It just won’t be now as word will leak and at least the flickering north for a week or so before would be noticeable

That is lining your own pockets by those in the know which makes AIM a casino. No doubt it rises from this shafting ‘raise price’ but conman Buck and his fellow lowlife are the big sellers who were dragging this from 9 down to 5.3 … no wonder he sticks $100k in he needs to replace the ones he’s offloaded via family/ friends (if he still has any) and offshore opaque trusts this last few days.

Now it’s derisked somewhat if anyone is prepared to wait not 5 or 10 years … but six to nine months will be handsomely rewarded here. Of that I am as confident about any of the shares I hold.

Yeah I’ve been topping up this last two or three weeks ..3 or 4 times.
I’ve thought we had bottomed out before only for us to drift lower. I’ve trimmed on the way down from the fifty area, but if I’d known last winter how long anything meaningful would take to arrive I’d have obviously done a lot more. My holding is similar from originally 2013/14 … around the ‘Gatwick Gusher’ days … and rent a mouth Lenigas ramping everything… but I am not disappointed and think anyone buying now while it’s unloved, news lacking and no volume… will make massively on Alba.

I agree with you … it will start to climb and the impatient, people who just jumped in as they thought a no brainer yesterday (and nervous) just bail before this steady rise.

If anything MM’s just chalk it down (their job is to create a market in order to make money) to flush these people.

That means my 1.4 million (spread across my wife and my ISA’s) are quite a chunk if 8.8 million is 6% of the company, surely that can’t be right?
I never bother vote on any company issues or AGM’s cos I always think it’s an irrelevance, as just a mug punter.
