Whitbread falls from 24.01 to 23.61.

It's a 9p dividend tomorrow as ex dividend so anyone holding will get this 1st one.

Expect the shares to open up down for the divi value . Hopefully it won't drop too far past the 9p .

So if they are being relegated from the FTSE250 there will be funds that have had to sell. But equally other small cap funds should be buying .

Maybe explains in part to the further drop from the 520's to the low of 456 today

Anyway I've taken a punt as believe they look better value now to recover.

I traded and sold my 5.14 purchase for a couple of hundred quid profit.

I hadn't looked again until today surprised to see them in the 470's.

I might have another go at these tomorrow as they look well oversold
