Probably right mind you in all these things it is very easy to have 20/20 hindsight. I guess all I can say is that BLOE is a mid tier Oil E&P company in the making with great potential - my money is in and I expect to hold medium to long term. The SP drifting back from 17p to 11.5p doesn't exactly fill me with joy but neither does it scare the cr@p out of me. Good luck everyone.

Yes but the SP has risen in the recent past to just over 17p. I suppose if you have bought in at 14p-17p then the current SP might cause you some sleepless nights. Until the progress RNS is released the MMs have freedom to yank the SP up and down at the current levels. Patience is needed - I am not bothered by intra-day fluctuations I want to look at the longer game and ask on a regular basis "where do I think this will be in six months time.?"
Having said all that if you hate the stock sell it and move on. Zen - least said the better IMHO

Thank you for the heads up Ian much appreciated - there has been a long pause and then six RNS's within 3 days something to calm the nervous on here would do wonders. BTW Gizzard - I am a bit confused "when the first tranche hit the market" ? If they have been purchased by II's as part of a bidding process during the bookbuild why would they "hit the market" my own take on this is that they would most likely be LTH's or am I missing something obvious.?

I use Jarvis IM - for quite some time I had a share dealing account accessed by 'phone which was good if you were on the move or away from wifi coverage and wanted to do something rapidly. Currently I have an ISA with them and a nominee share account - cannot complain fees low and the technical/admin side very good indeed. If I have had any issues with buying or selling there is a help desk with quick and competent answers to access during trading hours. It suits me but might not meet everyone's criteria. As I said fees are fairly good but I cannot recall them off the top of my head.....should all be on their website(s).

Some people on here have maybe bought their shares when on the way up towards 17p SP. They might feel that things are not going in the right direction or change is not rapid enough. I wanted to look at the two companies I am invested in so people can compare and contrast between Block and Zen - while they might be "similar companies" they are also vastly different as other people on here have pointed out in terms of leadership, expenditure and keeping to schedules.
Although Block might be viewed as the "newcomer" they could probably give Zen a masterclass in some areas of the business.

Someone here mentioned Zenith Energy - I hold both Block and Zenith and I thought it might be interesting to do summary comparison between them today:

Agree with your sentiment 100% - it is a done deal and there is no point people verbally kicking each other in the Davina McCalls. Agree with you also that The Man formerly known as David John Hopkins (BMD) has some serious explaining to do. At the end of the day this is AIM - I intend to hang on in here with a strong grip on my assets...................

Yes the SP was 12.67p the time was 11.20am - showing up as a buy which is correct.
