Maybe you should read some of the RNS's ..........................December 22nd (extract)
"Given Block's strategy has evolved in-line with the development of its assets, the Company is revising its reporting process. Rather than providing updates each quarter Block will publish shareholder updates in-line with specific news on strategic and operating activity, and to observe financial reporting requirements. The Company believes news of its initiatives and operating developments no longer conform to a quarterly news cycle and therefore risk compromising strategic and commercial discussions with potential farm-in candidates."
Anything else I can help you with Mr Bean.?
When I first bought in here I had the idea that the company would take 24-30 months to get things rolling. Nearly five years later it would seem that we are on the cusp of "something" big. Which of the projects that are currently in the planning, development, funding or operational stage provide the much previewed "Quantum Leap" is up for debate but it will be welcomed by many LTH's on here, myself included. I know there is talk of buy-outs and £ 1.00 or £ 2.00 SP but lets just see what happens over the coming days and weeks. Good luck everyone.
Rocklawn - I think what the OP meant was that there are "a number" of warrants that will expire during the remainder of 2024. From what I remember there are about 30-35 separate warrants that are due to expire in the next few months, HTH.
Rocklawn - however it goes it will definitely be better than getting screwed over by the Scottish duo. At least a percentage of a good thing is better than a 100% of nothing - or do you see it differently.?
Avi8r. - I don’t see what you are getting at posting a link to a demonstration going on in Tiblisi. I was there a few years ago there were demonstrations going on 24/7. We had a guide/driver for a few days when I asked about the demonstration he just said “People go there (FreedomSquare) all the time - it’s like a hobby for loads of people with too much free time on their hands.” Actually there were a few blokes who had set up a small “shantytown” and lived there full time outside the parliament building.
It seems like you have taken over where the other idiot left off - trying nonstop to show shade on the company - a company you are NOT invested in - since you lost your shirt on FRR. Would your time not be better spent in trying to frighten some small children or old grannies.? Nobody here seems to be falling for your rhetoric - how can they, when you reveal your self as a bitter and twisted TROLL with every post you write.
BigBoffer - I seem to recall that we are in a very similar position regarding our respective share price averages. There is absolutely no point raking over the past - it will NOT change what has happened or your position here. In fact the more you whinge the more it seems that you are stepping into "Sarah's shoes" and they are pretty small shoes to fill. BB if you really hate the company that much sell up.
Love attention - they don't give a toss if it is good, bad or neutral. They thrive on creating a bad smell rather like a skunk. Deprive them of the "oxygen" of attention and they will soon find life in an echo chamber less of a thrill than they are getting at the minute. Big Boffer - whilst I agree with much of the sentiment of your post regarding PH. You could just as easily argue that the past 4 years of trials and tribulations have been laying the groundwork (literally) for a possible buy out which would surely see the price per share way above where we are now. In which case I assume you and I would be one of the first to say PH had taken the long view and delivered a cracking result. Lots to look forward to IMHO.
Most people on here can see what is on the cards for the company in the short to medium term. I agree with Bobbyrash - there must be a reason why there has been silence on the drilling front for several months, new CPR being discussed, PH flying about the place making sure Block Energy and Georgia are getting connected to potential big players (Chinese). Lots of different avenues have opened up in the last year or so; Gas at 2C of 2.7TFC, the CCF potential, ready buyers for oil and gas in the region etc etc. For me it all points in one direction - there is work going on to make the company an attractive proposition for a complete buy out. Just my thoughts.
Avi8r - What is the CapEx expected to be for the 1TCF gas project.? What share of the profit does the Georgian government receive. What will the profit split be with any farm out partner company. Where did you get 60p from - You cannot just simply divide the $500m by the total number of shares and tell me that is going to be the SP.
Hi Big Boffer - While I agree with the sentiment of your post it is not easy to see who would step into PH's shoes at short notice or what a replacement would bring to the table. PH knows the area very well and obviously has connections. However, for me he has shown himself to be "loose" with the use of rhetoric - his speciality seems to be gaining people's confidence and helping them part with their money............................not always with great results.
Hello Big Boffer - As we have discussed before, we are in a similar position. I am holding just over 2 million shares here and hoping in v ain that PH can pull something out of the bag other than two fingers waving in the general direction of LTH's like us and many others on the BB. He may well think it is "cushty bruv" to trouser a huge wage for very little input - I do not. That said If I had a few grand to throw around I would buy a load more - they are most likely going up at some point in the short to medium term.
You need to realize one thing - when listed companies have low volume of shares being traded and low demand in the market then the shares in question become easy prey for price manipulation by all and sundry. Until there is REAL progress (not just promises of "Jam Tomorrow") then the SP will continue to be dragging along around 1P. That's the down side, on the up side - the SP only has to increase by a measly 400% for me to reach break even.................that could happen in the blink of an eye.
Grower69 - I have been here for over 5 years and seen all of the various twists and turns that this share has made. In summary it has been a few weeks of extreme optimism and a few years of gradual decline. The problem here is a question of supply and demand. There is NO demand for these shares - most days it is single digit trades and the SP stuck around 1p. Ramping or deramping make zero percent difference. If you think the opposite let’s start ramping like mad on the board and see where the SP ends up.
RPG7 - Do you seriously believe that derampers can have any affect on the SP.? Then surely if we have enough rampers on here the SP would be flying............................everybody ..........get ramping pronto.
The only fresh thing on the menu is yet more “Jam tomorrow.” In the absence of the Great Quantum Leap the SP is going to be stuck at 1p or less for the foreseeable future. Before I get jumped on by the illiterate ramping brigade - I still hold over 2 million shares here ………
