yeah - maybe you should wait until the SP hits 17p again before you buy in...........for a punt.

Problem is a dead cat will only bounce once.......I sold out from here at £ 1.30 almost one year ago. Booked a £ 10 K loss but I thank God every other day I didn't just hold on expecting the company to "turn the corner" or some other cliche. Had I held on, I would have simply compounded my losses and been £ 20 K worse off............Having read some of the previous posts it looks like there are lots of people in denial on here. Before anybody asks - Yes I was a long term holder and no I will not be buying back in at any price.

Both of the 1.4M buys were listed on the LSE as "Large Deferred Trades" - not sure if that is of any significance - no doubt someone will know on here.

Hi Sea7 - I think you will find that Twain went into partnership with a second person - they did actually strike gold - and a fairly rich streak of gold at that however, there was a land and ownership dispute as to who had staked the claim first - in the end a large Gold Mining company ended up with the rights and the gold. With that in mind I am still here, still holding, still adding.

Excelsior - I am most definitely not a trader. I am however a long term holder here and I am fed up with "jhonny come latelys" giving me the benefit of their wisdom. Actually I am heavily invested in here and I found it bizarre that people have been chundering on about "we need news for the SP to move up" We get some news which I thought was very positive and I posted on here saying so. What I do not get is why some people on here seem to be pleased that the SP is now nearly 6% down. The only person that could possibly benefit is a day trader or someone with an eye for short term buying/selling.

Quescusrobor you told me earlier today that (quote) "5p as a base from which to build suits me just fine." As the SP has now tanked to 4.9p you must be deleriously happy.

Quercusrobor - What was I expecting ? Well probably not a 4% drop in the SP for a start.......

HI JFK8 - have to agree this has been a fairly "sour" response to this RNS at present a drop of almost 4% on the SP. Presonally I think I must be missing something - for me the RNS was clear, precise and upbeat. NOt sure what it will take for the market to respond positively. As you say the glory days of a 17p SP seem a long way off.................

Have to agree DJM 1 the Georgian Government will be champing at the bit to get gas supplies from their own sources. Last figures I saw showed that they were only producing about 10% of their own gas needs in Georgia and they will want to lower dependency on nearby countries like Azerbaijan, Russia and Turkey for energy security. The "Samgori Dome" Gas storage facility was recently completed and no doubt they will have invested some of that money (150 million Euro) expecting gas to be stored there.

Depends on how you look at it Rocket it's either :
1. A large gas play with some oil and water thrown in
OR
2. An oil play with water and a lot of gas thrown in.

Either way once they can get it all out of the ground and monetise it - it's good news.

Hi Bobbbyrash - yes it would not be a good move (I think ) to sell up and move on before knowing whatever news is coming out and the effect that news will have. Having been invested here since late 2018 - I bought most of my shares sub 4p. However my ISA holding is severely in the red - I try not to look at the overall figure it's too painful. Almost as painful as the waiting.......

Hi Sea - Yes I think my "absolute" last addition was at 4.3p - just a waiting game now but another day nearer to knowing how this will play out.

My guess is that everyone is "sitting on their hands" (me included) I have not sold any, not bought any extra top ups - just waiting and watching what unfolds. As AJW says on good news this will re-rate very quickly and 5p will look very much like the bargain it is/was. Beyond that - there were only 13 actual trades and less than 1 million shares traded not long ago we had a single day of over 700 trades and I think 30 million + shares traded. No news, low volume trading plus LTH's holding tight = static SP.

Hi Sea I could be wrong (it happens regularly) but I though the VCT (Venture Capital Trust?) was the umbrella name for a group of funds which they manage - the smaller companies fund being one of these. I used to invest with them myself but have not had any dealings with them for several years- so could have it wrong.

Someone told me you sold the rest of your holding here yesterday at 9.07am you just might regret selling all 39 shares you know what they say "act in haste - repent at leisure".

Samplemix62 - From what I have read a water cut up to 75-80% can still be commercially viable if there are certain criteria met:
1. The flow rate is stable
2. Cost of remedial work not viable (too costly - technically not possible)
3. Cost of handling/transport/storage separation of water and disposal of water to an injector well is within budget
There are methods for remedial work on water ingress but a great deal depends on where and how the water enters the well bore. Swellable packers could be used but placement is critical - hence lots of down hole flow testing and production testing which is time consuming................................As has been said before the gas could become the game changer here - it will take some time to get set up but BAGO have signed off the purchase contract and will be a ready buyer.
WR16aZ was being choked back to 3.0mm as the pressure was high and they were flaring the gas but I imagine they are keen to get the gas monetised and to increase choke size and associated oil flowing (minus water).
