Hi Rocklawn - Yes I agree way oversold and I am pleased to have gotten my top up in time yesterday. BTW I am not going to ramp this up but .........................last time it dropped below 1p I bought an extra 400,000 shares and sold them a few weeks later and cleared over £ 12,000 in profit.........don't recall the date but I think it was BC (Before Covid) GLA

Hi Rocklawn - I just made my own top up purchase a few minutes ago 101,544 shares
Couldn't get to make the purchase yesterday as I got stuck in traffic on my way home.
Sure the RNS was not "fantastic" but it all adds to the cash stream and it gives the haters
something to bite on. GLA

yiannakism45 - The only problem was that the choice between the incumbent BOD and the "Scottish" contingent was like being offered the choice between Syphilis and Gonorrhea both are unpleasant. I do agree that there seems to be a culture of stuffing free or low cost shares into trouser pockets and every opportunity. The loan agreement which sees Paul H and his cronies pocketing 16% interest is rubber stamp on their greed. I have been heavily invested here since late 2018 and have to say I am becoming increasingly critical of the actions of the BOD and more specifically the CEO.

It might be interesting for some people on here to consider the pay that Paul Haywood receives in relation to the MCap of the company. I did some research and the median pay ratio for CEOs of comparable companies was 46:1
That means that if the company is valued at 46 million pounds the CEO received a salary of one million. The last pay year I could find showed that Paul Haywood's salary was just over 570K per year - the company has an MCap of £ 8 million that gives a salary ratio of 14:1 ...............how is this justified - I have no idea. As someone has already said the free shares and bonuses seem way out of line with the actuality.

Shares with low volume of transactions are prime candidates for SP manipulation or movements that do not tally with the MCAP, perceived profitability or any other matrix. This is where we are and where we have been lingering for quite some time. Until the results prove the concept and the company is profit making then this is where we remain. As you have said yourself with regard to Block Energy breaking out - "well perhaps we're getting close". GLA

Hi Scooby - yes I think that is the last piece of the jigsaw - the release of news that will please LTH’s , attract in new investors and leave those on the side lines having to pay a premium to invest. In the meantime it’s a waiting game……..

Everybody who reads these pages put their hand in their pocket and spent £ 500 - £ 1000 buying up Block Energy shares what would happen to the SP. As far as I can see the only thing that will start the SP moving north at any speed is buy side pressure. Lots of people (me included) are heavily invested and will not be buying more. With regular slow trading days - new investors seem to be thin on the ground. Just how many shares are there which could be classified as "free floating" my guess is that it is quite low and that this has some bearing on the current situation we are in - what do others think.?

Hi Bobby - it’s been a long time coming and a rise in the SP is nice to see even if FNAR there have been several “false dawns” before so I have everything crossed for positive news on a number of fronts. GLA LTH’s

Individual investors eg: people like me and you and all the other LTH's who have bought in and held over the last 3 years will not be in the mood for buying any more. The SP is currently stagnant and there is very little buy side pressure to drive up the SP................or am I missing something here.?

There seems to be little appetite for buying block energy shares in the general market. It needs buy side pressure that is sustained to drive up the SP. If there was a low volume of “free floating” shares and a high demand we would not be stuck at 2p for very long.

£ 154K share buy - Yes it's not exactly loose change they found down the back of the sofa..................
