It's certainly disconcerting to see this drop. £6 looking less and less likely for whatever reason. Having waited for so long to see some decent profit, it's difficult to watch it drip away. Could the SP be heading significantly lower for no apparent reason as happened before?

I'm guessing BOA are selling down again, hence the drop. This is getting very tedious. Where's the Santa rally?

Normal service has resumed. The only folks making money here are the traders, in fact it's probably a traders paradise ATM. Pru is clearly not investable at this current time.

I can't disagree with your synopsis, Finley but it's very tedious watching this going up and down but only as far as 680ish and then back down again. Probably being played as you say but there's no end in sight from the shenanigans. I've trimmed my position considerably over the last couple of days though I wish I'd done it on Monday! I lost a few grand on my previous attempts to make money on this so I think I'll give up. It just won't play ball despite all the bullish broker predictions.

The latest economic policy meeting in China has been another damp squib. I fear Pru will not recover until the macro Chinese economy does too and with the incompetent CCP in charge, I don't think it will happen anytime soon. Talk of an improvement here by February is pure fantasy especially as Trump will have applied further tariffs by then. In the meantime, Pru continues to disappoint!

We've been strung along for over a year waiting for confirmation of a reverse takeover by Redwood bank only to be told, sorry it isn't happening. I don't believe it was ever going to happen, probably because Redwood don't want their reputation tarnished by associating with Rowland et al. Without the Redwood deal, there's no business to relist. This is just a shell company now so short of another reverse takeover, there's no chance of a relisting. They'll keep us waiting a while longer just so they can pretend they're looking for other options, before dropping the final RNS that the company is being wound up.

There's definitely something holding this back. IAG and Wizz are going up nicely today but EZJ as usual is stuck. Whoever BOA are buying/selling for is affecting the shareprice for sure. It's most annoying as this should be over £6 already!

Just looked in here and saw the RNS. I'm not surprised at all. Rowland is not an honest broker, I don't believe. Would love to be wrong but I don't think that this will ever relist. It feels like it's been a scam from the beginning! Another one of my "investments" bites the dust. The FCA does a lousy job at preventing fantasy start up companies like Mode from conning honest investors out of their hard earned. It really is a disgrace that the likes of Jonathan Rowland and his cronies are allowed to get away with this stuff.

Apologies accepted, James. I may not be the most knowledgeable investor but I'm not sure that always helps anyway. What has gotten my goat with this is its unpredictability e.g. a broker gives an upgrade significantly higher than the current SP and it doesn't react or goes down. Normally after an upgrade the SP should go up! Look at IAG, another of my holdings, upgraded today by Deutsche Bank and up it goes. The SP here behaves in a very odd way, which I freely admit I find annoying but perseverance may just pay off.

Thanks for your concern, James but I've been at this game a long time and have endured many tough calls, including several companies I've been invested in, folding completely, so Pru is not a problem for me in that context. What I find frustrating here is that we all know the SP should be much higher but for reasons that are not entirely clear, it isn't! You seem certain that this will change as we go forward but I wonder how convinced of that you really are as you seem overly sensitive to my sometimes critical posts. BTW, your advice about how to invest my "pennies" bought you say at an average of £6.85 says a lot about you. You're clearly a pompous individual who is most likely trading this frequently. I'll continue to post as I see fit if it's alright with you.

I'll see how it goes over the next few weeks, James. I'd hate to sell just to watch it finally rise from the ashes! I'm guessing the brokers covering this can't all be wrong!

It has been most frustrating holding here in recent months, James. In fact I've been out and in a couple of times, currently in and want to remain. I just hope the downward pressure has dissipated as it was becoming very tedious. If it stabilises or even creeps up as you suggest, I'm happy to hold or maybe even add!

Was almost £7 billion in 2019 and almost £10 billion in 2015! With today's additional source of revenue from easyJet holidays plus a business going "gangbusters" the current £4.5 billion market cap is derisory! The laws of physics says this must rise towards and beyond historic valuations! It's just a matter of when not if, assuming there isn't a takeover.

But up this morning. It does feel that the relentless downward pressure may have eased as the SP is definitely more buoyant than it's been for a long time. Maybe the prospect of off loading the Singapore based Eastspring investments and returning a good percentage of the proceeds to investors, has stimulated more interest here. At least it shows that Anil et al are trying to come up with ways of increasing shareholder value. Wishing them every success in that endeavour!

Another RR in the making and rightly so given IAG's higher earnings and many fewer shares!
