Another company I was in got a new CEO who was going to turn things around amid much renewed hope. He turned out to be a bigger liar than his predecessors. The company no longer trades! I just hope for once an Aim CEO delivers on their rhetoric! I'm beginning to think the Aim market is legalised extortion in some cases. I've certainly got the scars to prove it!

And all the time Bond has been milking as much dough as he possibly can from the company's coffers. His remuneration package is obscene for an Aim company in permanent R&D. I'm guessing he's allowed to stay because he managed to convince large investors to part with circa, £60 million supposedly to fund commercialisation. I bet they don't think much of the Muppet now with the current shareprice and no sign of any product sales. You couldn't be a worse CEO if you tried. I'd love to be wrong and have to eat large portions of humble pie but I feel the way things have gone since the Dunsfold to Dundee dash that this whole thing is just a con job with no real prospect of ever becoming commercial.

The cruel reality here is that AFC have nothing to say to the market despite all the hype and no amount of wishful thinking is going to change it. If only I'd taken the money and ran at 77p instead of reinvesting! Unless and until Bond gets the boot, we're going nowhere!

To be fair you do spend most of your time abusing other posters and making offensive remarks about their wives and mothers. You're clearly a man with very low morals and intellect who for some reason has taken it upon himself to "protect" this board from posters who rightly criticise this company's continued non delivery!

That's a bit unconvincing Xcit! If you don't care why the abusive, threatening language? You're clearly very emotionally attached here. If it annoys you so much, why don't you filter? At the end of the day the posters who've been saying Bond will not deliver as per his rhetoric and the SP will not go up as a consequence, are correct as things stand and all the posters who've been saying great things are about to happen, have so far got it wrong. That's a fact but no basis for slinging threats and abuse just because your wishes haven't come true. It seems to be a common tactic used by a lot of the rampers, Jim for example. It really is nasty.

We all get annoyed when we lose money on investments but abusing other posters will not change that. It's the BOD of AFC that are responsible for the current abysmal situation. No-one else!

ABB were expecting an AlkaMem containing FC but are now getting something completely different. The big attraction about AFC was always the prospect of high power density from an alkaline fuel cell that can operate on less pure hydrogen, which was to be achieved using AlkaMem. It looks to me that with its the advantage is no more, so I'm guessing ABB are less than impressed with the alternative. I also suspect Bond had a hard time convincing them to stay on board once the product changed, hence the share giveaway and knock down price.

It's not about number it's about backing the company and showing confidence in the future, Daniel. I get the point that she may not be able to buy due to restrictions on her at times when shareprice altering news is imminent. Let's hope that's the reason and we get something positive on Italy next week. It really is super disappointing holding here. Who'd have thought the SP would lose 40% from the already low price of £1?! It's really unbelievably bad.

I disagree. A good CEO will show solidarity with shareholders when times get rough, like now. That is if she knows the business will eventually succeed and the SP go up again. It would be a massive boost to market confidence in VOD if she bought in now.

Looks like ammonia as a fuel in shipping might not be the silver bullet afterall as it could cause more greenhouse gas emissions not less! More research is required, which implies that AFC won't be selling their crackers anytime soon, if ever! Could be another dead end.
