I foolishly listened to a recommendation from an associate Avocet and the dividend looked juicy and it had already fallen a lot so looked cheap, but who'd have thought it would do another 35% in a matter of months! Maybe if they had brought in fresh blood to be the CEO it might have been different. It's always difficult to take a hit as I'm sure you can appreciate Avocet.

Looks like the Speedy arrangement is not very speedy. On and on it goes without a squeak from AFC. It's so predictable. Nothing has changed with this useless outfit. Without AlkaMem I don't think AFC survives once the money's spent as I doubt they'll be able to raise more capital without a commercially viable product. In the meantime and in the absence of news the SP is only going one way!

You'd think with all the exhibiting they've been doing that some sales would eventually materialise. At least they still seem to be trying to get them. Let's hope their persistence pays off.

Everything's transpiring against any recovery here. No doubt inflation will be up in the UK tomorrow, which will knock this back further. We need some positive news out of Italy to have any chance of a recovery in this macro environment. Investing is becoming a game for mugs.
