I have tried all morning to buy further shares here on market value and fill or kill, two different brokers and impossible to buy, even for £500.

As far as the TR1's go, a TR1 is required for every 620k shares or so (3%) how ever they are accumulated per individual institution, but when it comes to Pi's, if they have been buying in blocks of 100k or 50k shares each that's only going to require 6-12 Pi's to take up the slack and no TR1 will be reported. Tomorrow will be telling when it comes to the free float of shares, I could imagine a pull back to late 50p and then an almighty push forward on to 80p. £1 by end of January IMO, of course DYOR.

67Amg, good arithmetic there but would add that many PI’s would already hold in the £1+ and £2 region prior to the fall to 70p and subciquently 42p, some will continue to hold and other may averaged down so where does that leave us with the free float? My thoughts are that there will be far less than 4.5 million shares available. Now is the good bit... Bobby Kalal and all other directors would normally be in a lock in period 2 months prior to releasing full year accounts as per AIM rules, so by the end of January when accounts are published there could be an onslaught to buy up any remaining shares. I would suggest if you are able to buy now leading up until the end of January that there should be a steady climb with possibly a large director buy or perhaps several directors buying in at the end. Happy to be corrected if I am wrong.

Wongtogo, 250k shares x £3... that’s some confidence you have in YU. £750,000, I have a decent holding here and expect to see YU. back in the pounds but don’t have quite the same buying power. Good luck with your holding YU is looking very strong sub £1 and as we have see, can double in a day.

If YU. were valued at a divide of 8 based on 340 million = 42.5M then that would give a share price of £2.62p. Currently 60p... no brainier.

So, we have reached what appears to be the bottom, pi’s now able to buy up the recent sells from the two institutions. Clearly someone sold today a further 1% so we may see another TR1, this has no effect on the share price which was excellent. Now the question is, will we see more of a push north tomorrow, with good volume this will easily push through 60p cash in the bank but cmon people, 60p?? Market cap of 11 million for a company generating over 100 million gross revenue, even if they half the profit for next year they will have an extra 3 million in cash on top of thei bank balance after paying all running costs. Looking forward to pushing through £1 and the BOD telling us exactly what we have in the form of contracts for next year.

Bottom reached? 50p + finish would be lovely.

Eric, did you read the Octopus annual accounts? Decreasing turnover and profit year on year, I suggest that they have made the decision to sell YU. based on their own trading situation as well as that of YU. Any way, two tranches out of the way, buyers still arriving to take up the slack. We await results.

48p being paid now, another few more trades and we may make it on to the risers board as well as turn blue. Sub 50p a gift.

Ironic, that is not correct. The reason YU. are in this situation is due to data processing and a lack of account procedures - Fact. Of course there will always be those that don’t pay there bills. As for shorting I do not practice it myself, however many pension companies and hedge funds feeding them would go bust if it were not allowed. My guess is that currently the two sellers may have needed the cash, you and Eric should check their own company accounts and see just why they may have decided to sell, one is UK based so it’s easy to check through. Buying in sub 50p in my opinion is worth investing.

Ironic, do you own a UK registered company? I own three and they are all doing very well at the moment, please try not to tarnish the minority’s of companies with all UK companies. I am sure YU. will be ok.

Agree, many will be watching this now, Bobbys fortune went from nearly 100M to 3.5M.

A director buy would put us on the RNS map and give faith to new investors, any money invested by Bobby would immediately be recouped by the rising share price. YU. Could even buy their own shares to hold in the treasury! At least 10 company’s have done that this morning on AIM.

Would have thought Bobby Kalar would be buying some shares at this price.
