i contacted ii and they say i will be able to trade shares as normal after transfer to HKex but it could take 5-10 days , no mention of additional costs?

A Company can only set the 'consolidation' they want , ie. 10-1. Shares will neither be worth more or less after consolidation.

Frontera Resources - Stock Re-registration Update

'We previously wrote to all holders of Frontera Resources Depository Interests to advise that the shares were to delist from trading in the UK.

As the shares would no longer be trading on a stock exchange supported by Interactive Investor, we advised that they would be withdrawn from trading and ISA accounts into client?s own names following receipt of share certificates from the company?s registrars.

Unfortunately, whilst the share certificates have now been received, we have attempted to contact the company on several occasions however, the company are not responding.

We are therefore, currently unable to obtain share certificates in beneficial holders own names, should this situation change we will update you further'.

Based on historical RNS's we should have news tomorrow? that leaves 10 working days until end of H1 as suggested.

Market cap is 444m shares in circulation x closing price (.0520) = >23m
Share price needs to rise and stabilise to .1150 to make market cap approx 49m. Thats how understand it.

GG are basically an exploration company and as such will want funds to move on after MRE.......NCM will probably want Havieron to themselves.......so

Of course i believed...i wouldnt have put that kind of money into something that i didnt ...at the time it was a reasonable risk/reward situation from info available......think you may have missed my point?

I'm well under water with 88e (32k) after holding for several years, stupidly missing one big opportunity to 'Cream the Curve' (remember that DW classic!) No point in selling now so have no choice but to wait and hope :-) I just hope that my mistakes are my own and i'm not just funding DW lifestyle! and there has never actually been any real possibility of oil riches through 88e, because this just looks like a desperate attempt by 88e /DW to keep it all going a bit longer...for him!! at our expense of course
