Thanks Topmoney, understand...... Ive had a good year with 88e and Greatland gold so back well in front.....But find it really frustrating that there are So Many companies that are run by poor BODs who dont give a rats Ar** about investors and other companies that are out and out crooks, but with hardly any punishment they do what they like and if they do get punished its normally as a 'Company' which ultimately means share holders loose out. Im hoping this one comes good.

Strange that this instruction from HKex didnt appear with the initial suspension?? However, looks like a standard instruction for non compliance and good to see the company were forward thinking enough to set the in house audit in motion a few weeks back. Lets hope the BOD learn from this and get back on track with respect to investor relations ASAP!! Knuckles Rapped!!

Heron and Mr. Chan Siu Shan Sam, all are independent non-executive Directors. Mr. Chan Siu
Shan Sam has been appointed as the chairman of the Independent Investigation Committee.
The purposes of forming the Independent Investigation Committee was to commission
an independent investigation on the Matters to be conducted by Independent Professional
advisor(s) as requested by the Auditors.
