I took this from ADFN and it probably sums up what happened. The big investment was provided just to get CNEL 'over the line' and their payoff was a nice profit in just a few weeks...whilst us poor mugs were unable to sell!! I also missed this 'shareholder value' opportunity hoping for more on HKex, think its called greed!! MHO of course...

'That shareholder value was realised prior to the move given the 300% increase in SP, it is now normalising to a 200% uplift against a 3month look back.Alternatively it is a con and the illusion of greater shareholder value was sold and investors bought whilst the big boys sold before the HK listing...?'

Agreed.... Its an exploration company that needs FUNDS to explore....until they find the holy grail :-)) so either fund it or shut it!

Yep mine in too! actually still have a profit of £550!! was £12k just before we left AIM!!

I'm researching people involved with this company and in particular Mr Richard Antony Bennett.......ex of Sunbird Bioenergy, that was also called Biofuel Ltd, that was recently called MRJ Bioenergy....all dissolved companies. Will report more on this as and when.

An earlier post of mine which at the moment seems the only explanation ! i guess we will find out why at some stage. The company was never worth anymore than it was on aim....unless the listed projects come to fruition.

ii advise me they now have shares registered so should only be a few more days?! but does it really matter!

'It took longer than anticipated for the company to issue us with the
certificates for this. This has set back the process back several weeks
unfortunately. Things are in progress but I'm afraid the nature of the process
means we're not able to give a projected date as to when this will be completed
because we are not directly in control of much of the process'.

Anyone able to trade shares with ii yet? my last communication from them was that they are still trying to transfer shares over! over 8 weeks now!!
