If ASOS figures to be announced on 13th January fall short in any way, the SP will be slaughtered as they should have issued an rns. I’d be very surprised if they are not having to deal with the same issues as every other company in their sphere.
For the Boohoo SP to grow significantly large fund managers need to be invested. Boohoo is in way better shape than it was 2 years ago when the share price was at 288. John Lyttle has done a fantastic job. All the fundamentals are excellent, we are where we are because the sector is down and we are facing short term constraints that all companies are having to deal with. Lyttle has cleaned up the company profile and it is now far more attractive to fund managers, especially at the current bargain basement SP. I think our next figures in January will help.
We have a bull market, boohoo a well run company undervalued, a problematic court case almost out of the way and the run up to Christmas. Normally I would keep a close eye on my Boohoo shares trying to avoid the drops and trying to nick some profit here and there. Well I see only positives from now until mid January. I'll let it ride until then. I fully envisage a good SP hike. So my dabbling will be put on hold. Trying to profit take on a rising SP can cost you dosh as we all know.
I fully expect a surge on the SP first thing tomorrow once the wider press has the story. We all know BOO is way undervalued. With a bull market and Christmas ahead I believe the next 2 plus months should see a substantial recovery on the Boohoo SP. Go BOO
Boohoo is rock bottom in sentiment with UK investors. The shorter's have destroyed the share value. Consecutive results that should have seen the SP fly have been neutralised. It's a long time to April until the next likely boost. Where does the SP go from here? With day traders killing long term SP growth this share is looking less and less attractive. It's sad really as I believe the manipulation of the share has been contrived by a sordid group. The fact that no other UK companies were named in the press re the Leicester scandal just adds to the conspiracy theory.
