Size of global cancer immunotherapy market was $115 billion in 2022, although I have seen different numbers banded about. I've also seen some forecasts that say it will grow to over $300 billion by 2030. The cost of the treatment varies, but can be up to $100,000. That means that worldwide there must be about a million people or so receiving immunotherapy....rising to 3 million in 2030. Each one of those will benefit from a cirt test. The PSE market is huge and exciting, but the cirt market is massive too. Could be a couple of billion in time.

A bit about CPT codes and process/timeframe. Step 2 takes at least 3 months. Whole process takes 18-24 months.

OBD got one in less than 3 months...filed on 5th July and published on 29th September.

Obtaining support from the appropriate medical community, society or provider group that requires or endorses the need for the code is essential for the CPT approval process.

The fact that the code was published in under 3 months suggests, to me, overwhelming support.

Parkez, I'm pretty sure professor Conroy said in a Sunday Roast interview that the new PLs cannot be transferred into a JV until the company has performed the minimum work commitments for 1 year (may have been 2, not sure). Can't remember which interview, but it was quite soon after the RNs announcing them

Parkez, I don't think it has changed. See RNS 16th march 2021 which says will earn 40% of projects as a whole

Would agree with you mikodx, but now they have the JV...that changes things. Just look at the frequency of news releases to see the change in pace and soon I am sure we will be drilling multiple targets simultaneously.

Previously drilled 7.46m at 5.49g/t at clay lake including 3.55m at 9.53g/t.... So it looks as if they may well be in amongst the kind of stuff DS says will move the share price. Looking forward to the results from the 7 remaining holes. The increase in activity feels like momentum is building and makes me think it's just a matter of time until something big happens here.

I would go with 1. Demir have already dropped probably a couple of million so far (including 1mill on signing the JV and their due diligence). They've signed up to the cyanide code, which suggests they are thinking about developing the asset. When they signed the JV, the funds would have been allocated and someone appointed to lead the project. It will be that person's priority to progress things. If they wanted all of the project without a JV then they could just make an offer for CGNR

It's hard to imagine why Demir would sign up to the cyanide code unless they planned on using cyanide at some point in the future, and there's only 1 reason why they would want to do that. So, despite what some people say, they must be very focussed on bringing this mine into production just as professor Conroy has been telling us. It's just a matter of time. So long as you are patient you will likely be rewarded.
