The MRE will definitely turn some heads. The tonnage and grade we have is mind blowing! But it's impossible to say where we'll be 12-24 months from now. That will depend on the scoping study findings, and what value can be attributed to what we have in the ground. I expect multiples of our current mcap before scoping is completed, but I'm an optimist.

Sean has suggested a maiden MRE will be announced within the next few months. This will likely be the first of many catalysts that give the mcap a substantial rerate. Imo, we won't be waiting 5 years for the company to start blossoming.

Thomas and Cosgrove have a combined area of 59km2. To prove up both prospects, I think there's a JORC minimum requirement of 100m x 100m spacing for drill holes to reach an inferred MRE. That's 1000's of holes still to be drilled and assay'd. Hopefully a bit of time to DCA in for those without a position yet.

Continued - assuming an assigned value of $1500 per tonne of TiO2 that would give just those 2 prospects an in stu value of $375billion. 20% of which would be $75billion... that can't be right? Can it???

initially, they're not going to try and prove up the entire exploration target of 26.4 –32.2 billion tonnes. concentrating on the first 50m at thomas and cosgrove, i think the target was >4.9 billion tonnes.

assuming 5% tio2 average, that's roughly 250mt tio2.

rutile is worth $1,772–$2,100 usd per metric ton (call it $1900). anatase $1500ish.

so, if after capex and opex they only made $100 (random number, plucked out of the air) per tonne, that's $25billion profit on less than 20% of pitfield... *** packet maths, btw.

Assay results from the 84 air core holes should be released shortly. With any luck, these will be enough for a JORC compliant MRE.

I don't see why GGP would be interested in Red Setter with the current data. There hasn't been anything discovered that's worth them investing in atm. That's not to say there won't be in the future.

The issue is the depth. Low grade, high volume only works at surface for strip mining. Underground mines typically target high grade resources. Imo WSBN shouldn't waste anymore resources on RS. They have other tenements that are more likely to create value from further exploration.

Weren't the assays from red setter underwhelming? Relatively low grades, short intercepts, and fairly deep? Correct me if I'm wrong obviously

Pretty sure WSBN bought more than a few of their exploration sites from DL.

We still need to prove up the resource. Move through the stages from the exploration target to inferred/indicated/measured resource, scoping study, PFS, feasibility study etc. Lots of infill drilling and analysis to get there.

I think we're funded for the first stage of infill drilling this year. Potentially a raise for next year's drilling?

If we get positive news on the metallurgical test work before then, we could be raising at a much higher SP.

I found the same with T212 on a few small cap shares. Too risky if there are big moves and you need out fast, so sold out and moved to freetrade. Instant transactions for market value trades. Only downside is that you can't transfer your ISA over, you need to sell T212 and rebuy in a new freetrade ISA.

We're waiting for the Cottesloe assays, exploration at mosquito creek beginning, and a start date for drilling at Red Setter. Plenty of news on the horizon.

Probably the reverse split in 2020.

7 weeks yesterday since RNS stating Redsetter samples were en route to the lab. 4 - 6 week estimate, so results could arrive anytime now.

Cottesloe RC drilling assay results window is 30th Oct to 13th Nov (per RNS 18/09). So we could get them next week. We have had assay results earlier than expected in the past too.
