Contract renegotiation costs with suppliers down the chain will be going up as stocks at far lower old prices dry up this year. It could get messy.

In that circumstance Piedmont will be forced into a bidding war.

Across the board this year most battery makers and OEMs will be having to agree new supply contracts with miners and refiners. Seating will be in short supply in this game of musical chairs. Many will have to pay multiples more for their Li... or buy the producers..... Or go out of business.

LCE spot now 306.5 cny/kg, $48.4/kg. Approx 40kg of LCE used in making an EV. They will pay.

Spod SC6 6% Li2O eq to 17% Lithium Hydroxide (LiOH,H2O). LH going for $35/kg presently 17% of that is about $6k/t.

Even with present spot prices for LH spod has room to double from its 2k spot price. Who knows if Li keeps chasing higher?

Looks like more are grasping the astonishing potential from what Bradda are sitting on.

Targeting 1mt+ LCE from the clay, add to that Fitzroy stating the pegmatite spodumene may well be similar in scale but may be brought on faster.
