A private company dosnt need to ask share holders for approval. So they got ya money. They do what they want. You can't trade this I've tryed. So look at it as a lost investment.

Be very worried I can't trade Atlantic coal share. They completely took them selfs of any market. Have 10k with them. And they are working company just cannot trade or get my money back.
