Mongolia currently averaging 11/14000 BOPD refinery requires 30,000 10 well's at 150 BOPD is only 1500 BOPD ....Between us and PC 16000 is the minimum req'd and with PC's well's drying up the heat's on us imagine if Gobi comes in .... So many Scenarios possible and no doubt all will be revealed shortly ....NO way will Mongolia allow the Refinery to fail ! over 500,000 barrels req'd next year to fill pipeline and storage tanks in readiness for 2028

I would imagine we will throw everything at H2 and Gobi to make the most regarding prices ...Imagine if Gobi comes in oh and we have revised Gazelle estimates due and Farm In new's .....Next few week's will be transformational for PM !!!

Crude Oil Storage: To ensure continuous operation, refineries typically maintain a buffer of 10 to 30 days of feedstock. For the Mongol Refinery, a 15-day reserve would require roughly 450,000 barrels of crude oil.

Refined Product Storage: The facility is designed to produce significant quantities of finished fuels annually:

Diesel: 670,000 tonnes

Gasoline: 560,000 tonnes

LPG: 107,000 tonnes

Jet Fuel/Fuel Oil: Produced as secondary products.

National Strategic Reserve: Separate from the refinery, Mongolia is also developing a National Fuel Reserve Tank Farm with 12 tanks and a total capacity of 100,000 cubic metres (approx. 629,000 barrels) to bolster energy

To fill the Dornod–Sainshand Oil Pipeline, approximately 243,239 barrels (roughly 38,672 cubic metres) of crude oil are required.

This volume, known as the "line fill," is the minimum amount of oil that must remain in the pipeline at all times to maintain pressure and ensure a continuous flow from the Tamsag basin oilfields to the refinery in Sainshand.

Pipeline Infrastructure Details

Dimensions: The estimate is based on the pipeline's 530 km length and 12-inch (304.8 mm) diameter.

Pumping Stations: The system utilizes booster stations strategically placed along the route to maintain the pressure needed to move oil across the diverse desert and mountainous terrain.

Storage Capacity: The Mongol Refinery at the terminus is designed with a processing capacity of 30,000 barrels per day (1.5 million tonnes per year).

Storage Tanks: The refinery site includes a large tank farm for both crude feedstock and finished products (gasoline, diesel, and LPG) to buffer against any supply fluctuations.
