Not at all, a shell has a value, I know this. I didn't just make a figure up. GWIK will remain suspended until RTO, if it does one, so it's only relevant if an RTO completes.

Our Gwik shares will be worthless. All the money has been invested in i3, which is where our shareholding value lies. The empty shell will have a tiny value of a few hundreds grand. It will be significantly diluted if an RTO happens. Just think of it as we have done an RTO in to i3, honestly is hardly any different

i3 stock will be issued under a dividend mechanism. So which ever account you hold GWIK stock you will also hold i3 stock

There will be a massive difference between fair value and IPO. When its been released you will see. Shareholders in GWIK have an excellent deal in i3. Anyway, thats me signing off for a while

Look, I can't say much. What difference would it be if i3 reversed in to us or we get i3 stock? None. The BoD are there to find a suitable deal with their ability/skills. An RTO doesn't mean GWIK would have a controlling stake. Its common for BoD to step down because an existing company is coming to market, it doesn't need a board because it already has one.

Not sure on dates Mike. I've requested an update be given to the market, so hopefully something will be released soon. I'd like to think things will happen during Q4, however it's more likely to be Q1. Pure guess work though

I concur Rocky. Why would we risk any funds on an RTO when we pretty much have one with i3. It would be insane to dispose of any i3 stock. Being the only major shareholder, I speak with the board quite frequently and it's safe to say I am more than happy with the conversations I've had with Amanda & Jaap.

I'm not bothered about an RTO as it wouldn't mean much to current holders. I hold more than double anyone else and am happy just to get i3 stock. Not sure why people are so adamant about an RTO. Getting i3 stock is essentialy the same.

Now that depends on whether you know what the i3 deal is or not doesn't it. I want all i3 stock, forget about an RTO

ShadowZ, if you held shares prior to 08:00 on 7th January 2015 they you will get paid out. If you bought after this date/time then you won't. Hopefully you bought prior to 08:00 on 7th January 2015
