A large holder is exiting and is abusing the market. If you have say 500m shares and want to sell them all, you are supposed to make the transaction , based on your intention, in one go , and take the best price. You are definitely not supposed to say, sell 10m shares per week over the next year. It's clear market abuse, but the toothless regulators mean they'll get away with it
