The SP needs to hold up in the afternoon, until that happens the shorts have been in charge. Almost a 5% increase the morning before the update, then they pulled it down 6%. Just my thoughts ... no matter what we all think the value is or has been ... the trend has been against us. I'm not adding anymore until I see support in the afternoon session. The mornings are just a bull trap.

My take is that the FED decision isn't enough to dampen inflation, its a token gesture ... hence nasdaq moving higher. Market doesn't think Fed can raise them due to debt pile, hence they will let inflation persist and hope that supplies chains correct themselves, and possibly le unemployment from vaccine mandates will push more people out the participation rate.
